The documents i provided was
- Job letter for both of us
- Bank account details for both of us. from her side more than 5 Lakh and same from my side $6k CAN.
- NOC and Vacation letter for my Wife from her employer
- Reason was for Wedding anniversary for which i made reservation for hall for family get together.
- Upfront return Airfare
- Visitor medial Insurance
- Tax return for her and mine (Canada) as well
- Pay statements for both of us
- Wedding photos, Marriage certificate, Certificates from the marriage palace.
- Cover Letter from my wife and invitation letter from myself
- Call details and chats
- My PR card and Canadian Licence
- Reservation for both of us here in Canada for visiting Tourist places.
- Attached medical we did for PR application. **we also did re-med for the PR as well in JAN, 2016**

These are pre-much the documents i provided.

Hello Guys,
For our TRV application when we checked today on-line status it says the application has been approved and also checked VFS tracking ID they couriered the passport back i think we will get it tomorrow. Will that status application has been approved means they granted the TRV visa asking because for the last few days the scenario we had been through i have no idea what CIC will do. So just checking if that status mean they approved the TRV. Any thoughts on that guys. We already had re- meds completed on 21 Jan, 2016. Just thinking if we get TRV approved and my wife will move to Canada we can get the passport stamped here in Canada as well once we get ppr request need little bit of insight as well

as you already got remed i think it's better to wait till you get ppr you might get it in 2weeks .......even if you go on trv you will have to do the landing process once you get PR. so maybe take that into consideration and plan accordingly.

Its ok for us to do landing here because we live close to the border. The only thing i am little concerned of getting the passport stamped at Ottawa will that be a similar process as in Delhi for them to stamp the passport once we receive PPR.

Hi guys I was wondering if someone can answer a question for me. I have a friend who will be divorced in a few months after his year long of seperation is over. Once the divorce is final can he go to india get married and sponsor someone right away?? I have heard that recent divorcees have to wait four years before the applicant can come to Canada?? Is this true or just a rumour

yes, this is true he has to wait five years to sponsor another person, but cic count five years when the first sponsor person reached or landing in Canada.( on which date to till five years) for both of them whether he is the applicant or the sponsor.

Yes, we did submit quite a lot of pictures but apparently it is not enough. I guess there is nothing else to do but submit the request and wait

Hey don't worry, I got an email on the 17th of December asking for ADR and I thought it was ppr but unfortunately it wasn't. It's been 1.5 month since I have submitted the documents so don't worry hopefully we will both get good news by mid Feb!

Ok I'm afraid I might be asked for a interview after I was asked for ADR. Which was my daughters pictures and her birth certificate. Also proof of communication between my husband and I.
I sent pictures of my daughter her birth certificate and I also traveled back home to be with my husband for 2 months.
I sent all those proof. Skype chats viber chats phone calls and a few emails.

Do u guys think I will be emailed for an interview or not?
I heard travel documents are good and strong proof.
I went twice to c my husband after our wedding.

dont panic... adr is far better than an interview.. the initial proofs that u had submitted might b not enough to evaluate. thats y they would have asked. and u can be happy on the front that there is no visible red flags on ur file. otherwise, they would have sent u an interview letter. keep praying.. u ll get ppr sooner than u think.. all the best

Ur case is slightly tricky,bt dont worry u vil get thru it.......order ur notes asap n check what concern's visa officer is having regarding ur file,accordingly collect all evidences,pictures etc n both of u prepare very well......collect all the evidence as mentioned by mike23 .......
As ur medical is already expired in nov 2015...u should carrying ur medical and it wont be called as remed as ndvo has not yet asked u fr it and u vil be doing it on ur own so u need to do complete medical upfront(take the appointment asap) n even carry new pcc of current residing country, if ur last pcc has been a year old....u may submit both pcc n complete medical wen u go fr interview and wen visa officers r satisfied by ur interview ..
They may take ur passport then n there(in few cases they hv done so)....
Or else u may get directly ppr n u dont hv to wait fr remed request as u hv already gvn ur medical upfront during ur interview...in this way u vil save ur time....
Its not advisable to do remed on ur own in case of straightforward applicants bt ur case is schedual fr interview so surely u can take it n save ur time.....good luck n best wishes to u....

they have named it: "Incomplete app partner checks required" does anyone know what that means?
