Right...even I HV seen pakistani are getting PR in 6 to 7 months... Here we have to wait min 1 yr.

Is marriage certificate issue by Arya Samaj Mandir/temple is enough to submit for spousal application for PR ?

I don't know about ndvo(high commission)...but even in india they don't consider a marriage unless it is registered. I think its mandatory in India to get every marriage registered. Arya samaj marriage falls under hindu marriage act. I guess they issue the certificate within a day.

Yes Your Arya Samaj Temple marriage certificate is acceptable but not without Court registration of Marriage... You need both to get approved your spousal case. They might consider only Court Marriage certificates but not only Religious wedding ceremony certificate. So get your Court Marriage certificate if you don't have it yet...
If you submit your file only with religious ceremony certificate then it will surely raise red flags on Your file...!

TRV stands for Temporary Reside.nt Visa...I.E. Visitor Visa...
You can apply online and via VFS office situated in your respective state...If You have Job, Tickets (return), solid purpose of visit then you might have good chance of getting TRV...but it surely depends on Visa Officer,, who will look your file... Good Luck...

Approximately 2 days to 3 months aftr DM to ppr.....recently few applicants gt it within 2 days,so hope fr the best .......good luck 8)

According to current processing time it is 17 months including 63 days of sponsor approval for all the applicants irrespective of country of residency......
According to this forum...currently average is somewhr around 9-13 months aftr the file reaches to ndvo....
