how i wish cic had a transparent system, everything on your file accessible through your UCI number. something like notes but updated, always accessible at every point. one could just go online and check what is done and what is left.........this mystery is killing me............

We are not going to wait most probably for PPR in india as there are few candidates who submitted their remedical in Dec first week or so and still haven't heard anything yet. keeping fingers crossed for everyone...

if you guys haven't read my previous posts, please go through it, you would find that i have mentioned already that, even if your spouse in India isn't working, do try for TRV please. we all know how hard it is to wait and we all have been through that.. my wife isn't working since more then a year now and neither she has any travel history ever!! still we got TRV approved.

It's matter of good cover letter explaining them and at most say it doesn't get approved, it's only 6k INR. I'm sure everyone here is more eager to meet their spouse then worrying about that amount. ppl say here not to even try if spouse isn't working and demoralize.. please please try for it. no harm trying!!!

I know, right? If they feel they don't have time to update they could just outsource this job. If we didn't have this forum where applicants keep informing each other about what's happening, we would never even be able to guess which month's files they are processing.

just a suggestion can we please add another column in spreadsheet or add in the existing column of location the destination of applicants. i guess how ndvo process the applications will have to do more whit where you are going rather than from where you are coming....

Actually my condition is somewhat same like urs....i hv not provided any communication document as we use to stay together since past 2 years n there was hardly any whatsapp chat and we both had changed our mobile phones and no backup ....and phone company dint gave us our past call records...so v were helpless to get 5 year old communication detail to prove our relation thru mobile n sms chating since 2010....
Will ndvo ask us fr communication document in future even if we were staying togthr fr past 2 years n hv provided proof fr the same?????????
We have maintained all communication records since my spouse left fr canada in april 2015 but wen he was in india n before marriage there no as such record fr us to prove
Any suggestions from any members....plz
I knw its difficult to predic anything fr any file as every case is different and i am praying fr the same .......but still members throw some light

Suppose if they ask you for pre marriage communication proof, you can tell them that you were living with your spouse before marriage and so didn't need to communicate through phone calls or emails. If you can provide them with any proof that you were living together for eg rent agreement or utility bills or any other proof of financial transactions which shows that you were both living at the same address then that should do it. If you were connected on Facebook then you can also show them that friendship timeline thingy..that you have been friends with this person on facebook since so and so date. Hopefully you have some pictures together from your courtship days, keep them ready just in case. And just pray that they are satisfied with whatever you have sent them and they don't ask for any more proof.

Congratulations. Ya best to get on a plane as soon as possible.

I'm an April applicant and if I don't hear from NDVO by April then I might apply for TRV too. I quit my job in July 2013 so I'm not sure how to put my case forth in the best possible way. Anyway if you quit the forum before April then please let me know your email address. My husband and I would appreciate any guidance we can get from you. Keeping my fingers crossed that it doesn't come to that though.

Yes we hv already provided document proving that we were living togethr(joint name agreement copy),even all pictures before marriage ,gift exchange etc etc...only thing we were not able to provide was communication proof.....
Facebook thing we hvnt provided....it is really a good idea to show timeline of friendship incase if they ask...i really hope that they shldnt ask bt still god knws.....

I am 26 November, 2014 applicant, we did MP inquiry and came to know 'Interview recommended' , we both have first marriage, no age gap, same religion/caste, we both are professionally qualified, employed, and earning good salaries in respective countries.

only red flag I think was quick arranged marriage or may be late marriage at 32 years age (engagement just 10 days after first meet in India, and marriage 3 days after engagement), before marriage we submitted only 3-4 days whatsapp chat messages as proof.

After marriage We submitted whatsapp chat of apxx 40 days , apxx 30-40 days phone call conversation/bill, 10-12 e-mails, 2-3 greeting cards, skype video talk, 2 days honeymoon stay at Chandigarh (hotel bill submitted), after marriage appxx 25 photos travel with wife @ religious places, religious marriage certificate from Gurdwara, marriage official registration certificate, , attached engagement & marriage/banquet hall certificates. apxx 400 guest were present at our marriage (including parents/sibling and relatives friends from both side), and apxx 60 close relatives including parents/siblings from both side were present at engagement/Ring ceremony. Thts it. My wife stayed with me for 30 days after marriage , then she back returned to Canada and never visited India after that, she will visist India in coming April-May 2016. We submitted total apxx 160 photos. NDVO never requested any additional document request. We have applied first times for GCMS NOTES on 22 December, 2015, we will get NOTES after 22 Jan 2016.


I dt know what can be the reason for Interview for me ?

Any other November-December 2014 or Jan/Feb 2015 applicant who is Interview candidate (Interview recommended) ??

Firstly , I am very happy people are getting remed and ppr req. Good to see processing times of our applications are on a good speed.
I am Aug 19 Applicant.
I have one doubt , I received AOR2 by mail and not by email. I had updated the email address in my application.
Should i order notes to verify , Just In Case Future requests (remed , ppr etc) would be intimated by emails.
