If I don't write immigration section on my envelope would they still receive it?

Yeah they will receive it as they refer to the file number on cover letter.

Oh sorry. I think they should. Maybe you can send them another set of the documents and this time write down Immigration section on the envelope. Don't worry if you'll look at the spreadsheet here you'll see that there are more Jan and Feb applicants who haven't heard back yet. All cases are different. Nothing to worry.

March applicant, got remedical request for my wife yesterday!!! so they started march files.. Hope all those who hasn't heard anything from dec/jan/feb, would hear something soon!!!

Question i have is,, we applied for TRV also in Nov 9th, they asked for relationship proofs on nov,23rd. which we submitted and just heard back today for TRV file that they need medical as well!! It's ridiculous how they just stretching time by asking one after other thing, even for TRV. anyone here came across same situation, where you have to send medical for both TRV and PR at the same time? Do we have to just inform doctor/pp to send it separately ? .also we are worried what if even after sending medical, they keep passport for TRV n not issue it and we get ppr for PR, we would need to ask for passport back without TRV then any inputs would be appreciated.

When they received my documents the post makes someone sign it letting me know that they received it so I already got an email telling me who signed it.

I just wish they can proceed faster

Also 1 more thing, my husbands 1st medical expired on the 21st of December would they make him do another one or is it possible for them to extend my husbands medical and ask for a PR?

no....there was an applicant who issued a new pp with name change and got his remed on the new pp....his file was not delayed.

Hey mikee...please change the medical done date to 12/15/2014 rather than 2015...for this march applicnt....

i guess there will be a remed since you got ADR it takes time to open your file again.

i would have replied long time back if i knew that.....i didn't get the remed...i am a May applicant.
BUT from following the thread they usually get it in the email with some attachments which you have to take a printout go to the doc etc etc.

Thanks everyone..still a long way !! ans to all questions/doubts related to my post :

- Yes, we got remedical request for both PR(firstday) and for TRV(a day after) as we had both in process.
-Both requests through EMAIL.
- when asked for passport for remedical, we already confirmed while booking appointment that we don't have passport as it's been sent to CIC for visitor visa application(applied offline through VFS) so they asked to bring receipt/document stating it's been sent to cic and that would be fine.

i hope everyone hear soon about their next step(Remedical/ppr/dm...)
