My complete time line is

1. We received your application for permanent residence on February 11, 2015.
2.We started processing your application on June 12, 2015.
3.Medical results have been received.
And the additional documents which they asked for was my daughters pictures and full birth certificate with both parents name on it.

I sent them all but still no update or email.

I am worried that you might have got a refusal(which a letter might arrive to you soon). this is because DM normally comes after you get Visas stamped,unless when you are from visas exempted countries or if they refuses you.

I cannot stress how wrong you are in saying that! Decision made doesn't necessarily appear after passport request. In fact, as a general rule, it appears before the passport request.

i hope you have mentioned that in the form and gave a good reason for it. whats your exact timeline...lot of feb guys are getting remed and ADR. if you don't hear from them soon you should definitely apply for notes.

March applicant, got remedical request for my wife yesterday!!! so they started march files.. Hope all those who hasn't heard anything from dec/jan/feb, would hear something soon!!!

Question i have is,, we applied for TRV also in Nov 9th, they asked for relationship proofs on nov,23rd. which we submitted and just heard back today for TRV file that they need medical as well!! It's ridiculous how they just stretching time by asking one after other thing, even for TRV. anyone here came across same situation, where you have to send medical for both TRV and PR at the same time? Do we have to just inform doctor/pp to send it separately ? .also we are worried what if even after sending medical, they keep passport for TRV n not issue it and we get ppr for PR, we would need to ask for passport back without TRV then any inputs would be appreciated.

good to hear that they started the march files. its very strange to ask medical for TRV. you would need the passport for remedicals also. i hope you have photocopies of your pp and doctor will not make fuss about the passport.

I think I'm too excited to understand your post properly. Did you get re-medical request for your PR application or medical request for your TRV application or both?

If the answer is yes for PR, then it's an excellent news and a big hope for the rest of us here. In that case get the medicals done for both, and just keep your fingers crossed that the PR people ask for your wife's passport before the TRV people. All the best.

Getting super depressed and impatient i also went to india back in november and sent all of my pictures from india to ndvo just beforr christmas ... would this also put a delay in the processing of my app ????

should i call cic to see if they can tell me anything other than what i see on their website in regards to my app ?

any suggestions would be greatful.

There is only one applicant of march who got re medical and it might be related to their TRV visa ... otherwise we all are waiting for updates hopefully hear something soon ... and GSMS notes doesn't effect your case at all they are just to check status / processing of your file, the date we are taking about is the date when cic received your application so you are march applicant.
Cic agents cant tell you anything about the files which are processed outside canada so best is to wait for few weeks you will hear something very soon....

Hey mikee...please change the medical done date to 12/15/2014 rather than 2015...for this march applicnt....
