AOR 2 was received on 28 April.

You're going to have to wait. New Delhi is picking up their pace on the 2014 forums. Just hang tight for a couple more months. There is no point in doing a inquiry this will not help unless they request more information or if your application has 16 months since AOR2.

hi any 2015 case status changes to IP???

As others have mentioned there is no point doing an enquiry since they will only respond only after the file has crossed 16 months. Your file just reached on April 28th and currently its taking 8-9 months average from the time AOR2 is received so Jan 2015 you should expect to hear back.

Applied for spouse sponsorship and still they didn't receive my file, In between applied of Visitor visa and got approved.
Now my question is

I have UCI number now , do i need to inform this UCI number to CIC-M now ?? or Spouse Sponsorship UCI number & TRV UCI numbers are different ??

My husband and I applied on Feb 5th. We are still waiting for an update from NDVO. Currently stage 2 status is "application received".

Wondering if it's worth for us to go to Canadian High Commission office in New Delhi to enquire?? Can this help our case to move forward?

Hoping to hear your advise soon.
Hai there are loads of applicants in queue since June 2014 you gotta wait and there is no point in going to ndvo they won't respond neither they will allow you to enter in you will soon hear from them don't you worry.
At this point of time I'll suggest you to have some patience and enjoy yourself.

You don't have to inform to cic-m moreover spouse sponsorship and trv are totally different so chill

Yes, trv and spousal sponsorship are totally different. But the UCI # will remain same for both for the applicant. Don't worry, CIC will give you the same UCI# that u got thru TRV app. They are smart like that.

I didn't know this...so when we applied for PRV, we didn't provide the UCI that my husband had used to apply for a TRV that they gave us earlier. They then gave us a different one.

We then applied for a TRV after applying for PRV..and provided the AOR (with the PRV UCI number) and they still gave him a different UCI number for the TRV...

Strange...

Hi,

My name is Shruthi. I am a resident of Bangalore. My husband is a PR in Canada. I had applied for PR on the 28th of March, 2015. The sponsor was approved and my forms were transferred to the New Delhi VO in the first week of June 2015. Ever since my application status says 'Application Received'.

Can anyone tell me how long it takes for the status to change to 'In Progress' or 'Decision Made'?

Is there anyone else who has applied for PR during the same period?

Hi Shruthi, Im from Chennai... i share almost the same time line as yours.. March Applicant and got my file transferred in June.

I think we will get some response from NDVO hopefully by Nov or December..

Your file just reached on June 2015 and currently its taking 8-9 months average from the time AOR2 is received so Feb 2016 you should expect to hear back. They are working on files received in Sept/Oct/Nov 2014 and your file was received in March 2015..

Same answer as above
