Lot of time wasted only in this and don't know how long it will take to reach NDVO and how long they will take to process the same.

Applied for spouse sponsorship yesterday I wanted to know which visa office they will send my application? I didn't see or mentioned any where in the application for requesting applications processing centre/location.
On what basis they will send our application to India or middle east for visa process?

Coz i am also October 7th 2014 Applicant and my medical got expired on June and do not received Remedical request or any other updates

No I haven't got any update after receiving the AOR2 back on Feb 4. I am sure Oct will go IP end of July or first two weeks in Aug. You might not hear about remedicals unless they have looked at the file and started processing which is a good thing if they request the remedicals. Did you apply for the notes?

Are you the sponsor or the applicant?
There isnt an option to select the visa office any more in the forms and was removed. They usually and will send it to the visa office responsible for the citizens of a country and in your case it will be NDVO.

Thanks for your replies.

After so many days of waiting, my husband contacted the MP at Canada and got to know that we are supposed to re-apply for the PR. As they have lost our file somewhere.

We got to know today and we are gathering the documents for the same.

I cant believe that the government works so badly at Canada.

How do you know they have lost your file?

I haven't received AOR2 since January 27th, 2015. It's been about 5 months now. I'm starting to get worried where my file is or if it's even in New Delhi

Oh cool then as an applicant you will only get the AOR2 once the file has been transferred to NDVO.

BETTER than an MP enquiry is ordering your GCMS notes. Follow the procedure in 'Blr' signature.

When I check ecas with applicant's UCI it doesn't show medical received, as medical has been done in March 2015. ecas says only application received. would it take sometime to update?

my husband and I applied feb 27 of 2015 and bc of earthquake in Nepal was expedited processing on july 1st he got called from Nepal to Delhi for interview and 2 days later decision made but we have herd nothing since no email and no way to find out what is going on iam waiting for answer from them bc I want to go see my husband who is still in Delhi waiting for any answer I wish it will hurry up I miss my husband so bad and want to see him almost 1 year since we been together I want to go but if need to do an appeal I need to file that 1st then I can go be with my baby iam willing to give everything up here if refused to go be with my husband

Plz see my previous post about missing AOR2 and File arrival at NDVO confirmation.

My SA was on January 30 2015 and I have not received AOR2 yet. So sent mail to Case Review and they confirmed that my file arrived NDVO on 13 Feb 2015

Cic call center helpline number is 1-888-242-2100 , they are open Monday to Friday 8am-4pm .. you should follow up with them as they might able to help you
