Hey,

ecas dont get activated until you get the AOR or SA so dont waste your energy in checking it daily. You will put your UCI once you have got the SA and will be able to see your part and her part of the status. Once she get the AOR from Delhi after the file is transferred she can enter her UCI.

When or how do I know that the ECAS status is visible online? Do you just keep checking the status everyday, until it shows up?

You may start checking your ECAS status as soon as you've received your AOR2

This is what cic website states:

Medical instructions

You must undergo an upfront medical examination by contacting a Panel Physician.

I think PCC is a must as well. They might not reject your application if you don't have this stuff. They probably will just ask for it, but I am quite sure that not having these things upfront will definitely cause major delays in the application. So there is really no point in skipping these items.

they have requested medicals and police certificates if not already submitted. Now my wife has a UCI number and the application number.

The police certificates, should they be submitted for my wife's parents too ?

Hi i have already sent my pcc and fee with my application now i got aor 2 they asked for pcc and fee if not sent.. Now it is needed or not to sent xerox copies of dem.. And at what adress we can contact them? 7/8 shantipath, chanakyapuri new delhi 110021, india is it?? And can anyone send me contact number of new delhi visa office

if that's the uci of the person who is sponsoring then it's Aor and if it new uci that's is of applicant then it's AOR 2
