I got request for Additional Docs[Wedding pics & honeymoon pics] & Re-medical on April 30th 2016. I sent back all by 18th April 2016, but since than No update till this moment. Even on CIC it just shows in process.

We are looking at about 2.5- 3 months to hear anything else after ADR frm NDVO. Im guessin this becuz the email says i gotta submit my adr before july 11th or else they will refuse or reject my application. My medical is still valid for another 10 months .

What should be done once we receive passport request letter? Is vfs the only way to send passport? How it should be done? Explain please

We are having same timeline, so hoping my remed request by next week.

Gurkul, it is not specific to your file
Its generic reassessment form with no applicant details mentioned on it
Just ask your lawyer to use the form from somebody else's remedical request email

or you can just reply on the email and tell them that there is no attachment

Duly completed Re-assessment Form (Attached herewith)
there is no form attached in email

First of all congratulationsss...secondly relax urself......it has happn many tym in the past that applicant did not receive attachment to the email...u dont need to worry at all....u can get the form frm the physician...
All that you need for re medicals is
1.passport and copies of passport
2.2 photographs
3.the e mail that's been send by medical immigration officer
4. The attachment (re assessment form) you can find them in the e-mail.....(this u can even get frm panel physician center...u may call n confirm with them)
Lastly u can download the form online....
I hope this helps....
