Reply to them saying there is no attachment in the email. They will send you the attachment. It is the form that has to be taken to panel physician.

I am May8, 2015 applicant and I did MP inquiry and i got below reply. Does anyone got this kind of reply from MP. I am sponsor and its my first marriage but my husband`s second marriage do u think that might be a reason for below reply..

If your lawyer has sent you the email regarding re-medical ask their office. Probably the person informing you from the office might have forgotten to attach. Just call your lawyer and ask. If not you can ask them to contact NDVO and request the attachment again.
