Hi,
I just got an Additional document request, my wife had studied in Italy and they need the Police verification certificates which were already provided to be translated in English, currently they are in Italian. If someone can update the sheet, name is Har Singh in the sheet.
They have also asked to fill out a form for DETAILS OF FOREIGN TRAVEL, has anyone filled it out ever? it just has details of which country traveled in the past , question is do I need to send them the travel history even after the file was submitted or only till the submission of the file, reason being she stayed in another country after the file was filed for 10 months and then I would also have to submit a PCC for that country which would take additional time to come, not sure if anyone has any details around it thought I would still ask.

Thanks.

See now you know why your file is delayed. This is the reason MP couldn't get any info on your file and your notes said nothing started back then.

YES, you need to fill out ALL details of foreign travel even if you stayed only 1 day outside of India. And you should definitely be listing the new 10 months spent outside India. You will need a PCC for that country too. If you don't disclose it and they find out during security/background check then your wife could be banned for 5 years.

Remember that whenever an Indian citizen leaves India, they fill out a Exit form stating which country you are going to and for how long.

Hello Menthok...
We can travel via london without transit visa.....We dont require transit visa as we would hv copr document fr Canada in hand.....so in that case we are eligible to pass uk without transit visa with Canadian visa stamped on our passport n copr documents...so akss1983 is good to go via london to toronto....

Cheers :)

Oh thn thtx good.

I am April 29 applicant and my medical expires tmrw. I see many April applicants have got their remedical and they have started May applicants.
Haven't got any update till now and I am worried. :(
I have applied for notes yesterday.
On Wat basis are they sending remedical ? Is it based on the medical expiry date or the application filed date?

All the best to everyone waiting for remedical, ppr !!

I am in the same boat as you.

They are sending remedicals on the basis of which VO has your file and did they complete your background/security checks. It is not based on application or medical expiry dates.

Do you have travel history? or any red flags that you can think of?

I don't think NDVO is following any particular order. But it does seem like they are going by application date.My wife is a April 28th applicant and medicals expired on march 12th and no update yet.But hang on there hopefully you will hear something soon as well.

Hi Abiravin,

I am sure you will see something soon, looks like CIC is working between applicants between 24th April to 1st May so you should hear something soon

april 22 applicant ... medical was on 18 march (expired now) no updates

Thanks rambopg/ lakb / boateng for quick reply.

No travel history nor any red flags as far as I know.
Just 1 month age difference, known for 5 years before marriage, sent around 100 pics and all communication logs.
I am currently in trv and updated the same to ndvo.
Hoping to hear something from ndvo soon.

Best wishes to everyone waiting !!
