Kindly let us knw ur timeline.....
Yeahhhh surely its sad thing not to get any update today n since past few days.....bt its okkkk ,we shld think that may be ppl who r not on this forum hv gt update today as there r only aprox 10% applicants on this forum so number not on forum is comparatively more then the number of ppl on this forum 8) n shld be positive....still v can hope fr tomorrow....fingers crossed....keep prayingggg guys...god bless everyone.....

Dont worry guys...those who are spending their birthdays or anniversaries alone this time... i guess most of us on this forun has faced that situation. Its not possible for spouses to come for every occasion.. say it birthday or anniversary... moreover these r just some days... we will have numerous years to celebrate every moment together... its just that we miss our partners and period... no need to reason that feeling.. no need to explain that to anyone too... so hang in there... our hard time is about to end..

Hey,

you can send email in reply to the re - medical request ndvo sent you, inform them that you got re - med done as asked on the whatever date and just wanted to be sure that NDVO has received it. and how much time it will take for them to process the application further. attach the receipt the panel physician gave u for re - med. this is the only way they have been seen to reply back, guess luck also matters...........

Thank You Nabaaf. Processing time is 16 months for dependent child. As you said there is no much difference between spousal and dependent . I believe since there is no police and background verification needed for her , I was hoping we could get faster. Actually she has received her COPR when she was in India but she did not land as we both me and my husband shifted from Toronto to Vancouver and she was having only one week to complete her landing . So it was very touch timeline. We did reached out to CIC to extend her COPR but they rejected saying that they cant extend her case separately and we need to apply again under family sponsorship .Due to all this mess, we applied for new sponsor now and worrying about the same.

So u r applying fr pr fr child fr the second time.....i hope it all goes smoothly..... For the child (below 5 years or so) its quick. Yes u r right as there is No background check, no verification of relationship etc if its genuine etc. So it will be quicker.....
However, I am not sure if they process the Child Applications in Seperate category as spousal applications......... Mostly processing would be started with other oct applicants if they are not processed in seperate category, file would just sit in the queue with all the applications....... Otherwise it should be quick.....i hope u get the approval at faster rate ......

Surely we shld not expect update on sunday bt since last three weekends few members got change in their status on sunday n ppr on monday,so v all were hvng high hope fr today.....bt i guess no luck this time till now......i think one visa officer must be processing those ppl who got dm /ppr on past weekends n he followed the same trend fr all the files he had....so surely soon v vil come to knw new trend of other visa officer so ppl dont lose hope.....god bless everyone with rapid processing of our application n may god grant loads of patiencesss to everyone during this whole procedure with smile on our face .....good luck everyone ;D
