I am june 2015 applicant,(M SPONSER)my marriage anniversary is in march, I want to celebrate with my husband,but according to our lawyer we have 99 percent chance of interview,m confused whether I should wait for interview call or should go to india now to celebrate anniversary
when should I expect interview call

Hi, like many others , I have also been one of the silent follower of this forum.
And read all the posts before sleeping to get updates of NDVO working and for sure it gives hope and strengthen it.
I am 4th May applicant 2015 and expecting to hear from ndvo in coming months (observing the present trend).
Does any one think that if one is married for gud 4-5 years and sponsorship is taking place after that, does it raise red flag? Or is usual? Or has any positive impact on case?

And regarding ur query priya.k member has explained very well

Evidence to prove genuiness to ur application n visa officer handling the case are directly proportional to the successful n speedy visa of the applicant

If u hv provided enough proof of ongoing relation n all valid documents n hv gvn reasons fr applying late then u can be relaxxx.....
There are applicants who got through the process really quickly inspite of been hvng previously married,large age gap n other kind off red flags fr cic.....even without interview

So everyone stay calm n keep praying ...as ur part of filing ur application n submitting proof is done now rest depends on cic/ndvo n prayer can surely may anything easy in life

As currently 15th march 2015 applicant got update regarding interview held on 21st march 2016.....so accordingly u can decide.....
Though 2014 applicant are still waiting fr interview date ....so what is ndvo upto is unpredictable......
U r citizen or pr holder???
Incase if u get interview call during ur stay so u may accompany ur husband (applicant) for interview and support each other.....
Can u let us knw what makes ur lawyer say that there can be interview fr u ppl???????(if u r comfortable)

Congrats ,who got dm nd ppr.when will turn the may applicants.my wife medical expire on march.any body tells me ndvo they will give ppr,dm or re medical reqest.I am frustrated now.how many times are left when my wife will come in cAnada.

Kindly gv ur complete timeline....as it helps other applicants to get to knw how ndvo is working as well as members can help u better in ur query
Currently jan-feb 2015 applicant on this forum r getting dm/ppr n march 2015 applicants r getting remeds.....
As u said u r may2015 applicant so there r still few months of waiting left fr u.....hopefully u may expect something frm ndvo in march-april 2016...
Have patience ......ur time is not sooo far.....dont get frustrated as frustration leads to negative thoughts n shake our determination and even hamper our faith ,eventually leading us to lose hope....so be positive....surely within few months u vil get update frm ndvo.....
Stay calm...think smart ;D
