Hi friends my GCKEY changed as below

Application/profile status Open
Review of eligibility Review in Progress
Review of medical results Review in Progress
Review of submitted documents
Scheduling an interview Complete
A background check is needed In Progress
Final decision Not Started

Up to last week Review of medical results passed now in progress and GCMS shows passed got GCMS This Friday and Review of eligibility was in process and now it change to in progress what's different between progress and process please help another thing according to me see for eligibility and medical it says Review in Progress and Background check says in progress see the difference in word Review in progress and in progress what does it mean

AOR: Sept 28th 2015
In Process: Since oct 28 2015.
ReMeds request: Dec 05 2016
Remeds Done: Dec 15 2016
Ecas shows decision made since Dec 24th 2016.
Once my wife receives PPR, how long does it take to get the shiny visa through VFS Chandigarh

Hello everyone,

I am Nov 2015 applicant applied for spousal visa to my wife and kid. Its second marriage for my wife and first for me. She has a daughter from her first marriage. Issue is during her divorce the child custody was not mentioned. She had an interview at Delhi in Nov. The officer was satisfied with our relation and the only obligation was the officer asked for child custody document. The ex is not available for sign the document and we have a time limit of 30 days.

Can someone please help. This is very important for me, any kind of suggestions is helpful.

Hi, You can request NVDO for time extension, and try to contact with child father and send the documents( email/letter/text) to NVDO. India court is different than Canada and there is no separate law for child custody like here. I hope this idea will help you.

I was called for interview on 8th December at New Delhi. Then received request for medical test (Re-test since more than 12 months from previous one). Done medical test last week and awaiting hopefully for passport request...
