Is there anybody who had hired a representative and applied for notes and got them. I was wondering as we had hired a lawyer for our application, so can we apply for the notes on our own.

Hi,

I am representative for my wife's sponsorship application.

When I apply on my name, CIC ask me to submit consent form and when my wife applies for herself, she have to provide her current status document [visitor record].

We both receive notes without any issues.

If u dont hear anythig frm NDVO by dec 2nd 2016 , be sure its gonna b next yr.

I just checked 2016 group. They all are getting PR. 4 guys got PR last week which proves they did not run out of yearly quota (OPTIMIZUM GUYS!!) I think most 2015 applicants who are left behind including me have red flags in their file. Office is processing it as they are clearing their doubts. They might have separate department with fewer number of officers just for red flag files thats what is causing delay. They need to put extra staff.

Again I am assuming a lot of things here. I might be wrong too..

My husband is done with his interview and they took his passport and lady said we are approving your application.

Could you please share interview experience? How long it lasted and what kind of questions they asked?

My wife had an interview today, I was with her and it was only for 10 mins. They took my wife's passport and they said it is approved.

How many questions they asked? did they asked you anything too?

Last week we got reply from mp office that indeed this file is finalised and ready to be issued a visa and landing document imminently.

Interview was scheduled on 07th Nov 2016
My spouse accompanied me in the interview. I recommend everyone to do this.. do not think twice
Interview went for over 25 mins for me & 15 mins for my spouse (sponser)
2nd Marriage for both of us
At the end, the lady said that our application is approved
Tip for interview : Be Honest, Patient, Calm & most important know everything about ur spouse & her family
She took our updated Remedical, PCC (got these done upfront) & Passport & said that they shall send the passport back by Dec max based on the backlog
Exited as well as impatient to get my passport back.
May God bless everyone who has been away from thr partners & unite them asap

I am a September 2015 applicant too. I am sponsoring my husband. We did not get an interview request and he did his re-medical in May 2016. MP says the security verifications are still in process. Do you know how much more longer it will take. I am fed up!

Your MP shouldn't be tired of you. He/She should be tired of this system and should do something about it. You have been waiting since 2014 which is way too long of a wait time...

Well, I faced an interview. It was good so far. It was in 8th November. By the 12th November I got the email to submit re-medical and original copy of PCC from Uk as I not submitted previously. I will send it on Friday. Wish all the best for all of you guys. Still we are on our journey let's pray with god to complete the journey of all of us.
