Don't worry it's a good sign that they kept the documents. This lady is so ignorant. My husband had interview with her on Monday morning and she did the same thing to him, he actually had an argument with her and ended up apologizing for the sake of not getting refusal. she was asking ridiculous questions and she didn't even know my background properly. She took his documents and passport but there is no confirmation of its approved or not. I really felt like complaining about this to an official, it's completely unacceptable for a Canadian official to behave this way.

so people who applied in April or May you might be interested in this

so I applied notes in June and was generated on July 5th ,2016 with nothing started on my case not even eligibility but medical is passed as remedical was done on April 19th and good till April 2017 ----interview waived which is good thing as I was concerned at least there's no complications so its just matter of time now

did MP inquiry and told that case is stuck in background check

linked account and says review in process for eligibility medical passed and background not started

I don't know what to do how to make NDVO to start work on background check ?? it will be 15 months next month
all friends who applied with me or after are already in Canada ,,, so frustrated and stressed out ...

cant wait for the day when I will be over with all this .this process is very painful and dint know its going be that hard and long

very bad. i did MP query three times . they are not sending me re-medical , for me background check is done and still they are not sending and i thought if i do MP inquiry may be they will woke up and will send me re-medical but nothing happen i am feeling soooooooooo saddddd .......really they are goin to take 19 months

Dnt wry . Everything ll be ok soon .. My background is in progress but it's almost 85 days and they have not updated my medical (re medical )yet .. Ever1 is stuck . So dnt wry there is many ppl r with us.

I know everyone is stressed and frustrated me too,actually we dnt have patience ..Just wan..na let you know as my friend is working with immigration ..July This month is vacation time in Canada and embassy in foreigns too ..Som most of employees Canada are on Vacation .I believe every one is gonna get answers and replies from Embassy in starting from first week of August so be ready for all of ur answers in August ..
