Your wife should receive AoR2 which basically a email from NDVO saying that they received your file. Usually this take a month to get Aor2

AOR2 is the acknowledgement of receipt of the application from the NDVO. It will be by email and will be sent to sponsored person's email address.
Before and after AOR2 status on ecas will be showing application received and medical records received. They will change the status in ecas when file goes in process.

i received the sponsorship approval letter but just wanted to know from all those who received the approval letter .they have mentioned that they have not received my medical copy(e medical) ,but cic is showing they hace recieved my medical ,should i sent the medical copy again or not? have other also got same wording in approval letter i mean do they copy paste same letter with name changed? pl clarify?

"By CIC is showing", you mean ECAS right? If it shows on ECAS then there is no need to send them another copy of your medical. I'm surprised they have received your medical prior to sponsorship approval. I sent mines back in February but they still haven't updated their system.

My file transfer to delhi last month 11 march....but i did not recieve any aor 2...i didn't provide the mail...waiting for letter ...can someone tell me how much time it will take.....in online service of cic i got status that file recieved and medical results recieved ..and this status updated at 11 march last month....(medical recieved..is this status updated by ndvo)

our file was transferred on the same day , and we have received an email.
via mail, you should expect some delays , but should be getting soon.

Hi

My situation is that i applied to sponsor my wife in Nov 2014 and got sponsor evaluation done in Feb 2015, the status now on the CIC website is Medical records received. Do you know or can give me an idea what the next step would be and a rough timeline based on peoples experiences here.

next step would be your file getting in process currently they are working on July 2014 files at a very slow pace
