it really depend on case to case but average case processing between 11 to 15 months.

Processing days in CPC mississauga for spuse sponsorship changed to 81 days its used to be 60 days before .. so we are expecting delay in Canada itself. Delhi normal time line is 8-10 months

Yes,

they keep changing now. It's taking more an more time to process the application. It's getting worse now day by day.

Don't forget to add Temple certificate along with the court certificate. Plus they need lots of marriage pictures.

Guys really timelines are varies from file to file , 2014 most of the ppl got from 8 - 12 months. . I do met few people who got stamped within 6 months. Am not sure in what order they are processing in New Delhi

question no 4. was Immigration office requetsed for processing this application - I wrote New Delhi Visa office

now in the new form updated November:
IMM 008(11-2014) E
question 4 has been replaced with question5 and i cant find the option for choosing the visa office in this form or any other form. please help!

If options are not available still you can submit your case. CIC will decide which visa officer will process your application on the basis from place of Passport issue.

For example - If its issue in Delhi then it will be New Delhi.

Guys processing time changed to 85 days. I cant understand why the processing gets slow in Canada.

May be because officers are working on issuing OWP for inland applicants !
