Rajveer80, did you have interview...why you still in the waiting game...we are November 21 applicant everything updated and there in NDVO and waiting for PR? I dont understand why they dont finish with all of us 2014 applicants...how much more we have to wait?

Interview was waived, as per MP inquiry last month they are doing Sponsor verification now..not sure why as its already approved. If sponsor is travelling to India can impact on the application?

yes, if u stay too long in india they doubt u will not return to Canada.

I stayed with my husband for six months in 2014 and then 4 months in 2015. But I don't think its impacts application. As of now though we don't know what is impacting and what not. No one is telling either. I contacted mp regarding our file and she said its in security check n because its third party we don't know how long they may take. Any one else in same situation? It has already been 3 months after interview.

Yeh I did apply for notes. Not much of difference every thing is complete just back ground check. But don't know how long its going to take.

Permanent residency card holders can't stay to much outside Canada if sponsorship is ongoing so you need to stay in Canada otherwise CIC rejected the application

Guyes, we received remedical today after we did it on May 16th, so i dont understand they have our medical but they sending us a remedical...i dont know what to do now...to send them copy or call MP?

hey gori..
i would recommend you sending the receipts via email to ndvo and also let your mp send them on your behalf as well .....
they will react to mp's email more frequently...

I suggest you should do mp inquiry via email, and apply NOTES. Mp inquiry helps a lot.
