I'm December 2014. Interview recommend as per notes. Seriously upset with 2015 applicants getting interviews before 2014 applicants. What is the delay!! Put 2015 on hold till 2014 ALL clear!! That is fair. We applied first. Everyone should wait turn. Cannot believe have to wait 22 months just because interview recommended. No red flags. Just husband in India and wife in Canada. Not other way round. Heartless.

Hi am also dec. 1 st applicant we recieved email from our MP that our elgibility is currently being determined and we should hear back in the end of may according to 17 months processing time ... Any suggestion ?

I can understand. trust me i'm also in same boat. It's so frustrating. i wish we knew their working method. it doesn't make any sense. i feel it's a game of testing patience. oh well...
if you are december you should be hearing sometime in july/aug i'm thinking. not 100% on it because if they hurry up then it might be faster. let's keep praying

Hello all..
I have a question?? I m sep 2014 applicant, interview recommended by MP, n my status is in-process, but my inpocess date is the same date when my file being transfered fron canada to delhi, that is november 2014. But as i notice some of our forum members with interview recommended state whose file are also in-process but their time of geeting in-process step is way long after when they actually applied, for example application filed in sep 2014 n in-process in july 2015.but in my case it showing same date for in-process and application transfered to new delhi...

Kindly put some light on this whether it is normal or not..

Your timeline is same as mine. i'm also Sep 2014 and file transferred to Delhi in Nov. in your ecas status does it only show "in process" ? or some date as well? cuz when i look at my status in says "in process" and then i've two lines where it says the application date and the date the file was received in Delhi.

The interview went well and they will send my passport back in few days. The visa officer was very nice and asked general questions.

my file went in process oct 9 2015 i believe but NDVO received my file Nov 14 2014. so they are separate if that's what you're wondering?

I received my GCMS notes today. The interview is waived as per the notes and the file is in registry since 3rd September, 2015. The medical was expired since Oct 4, 2015 but there was no communication until March 15th. They kept our file in the registry for 7 months. By the look of it, the NDVO started to work on the remaining interview waived files I guess. Jassjot was the sep 24 applicant and he received his remedical in the month of feb 2016. We are Oct 21, 2014 applicant we got ours a month later in March 2016. So, hopefully the mid april 2016 will bring news for Nov 2014 applicants (possibly for those whose interview is waived).

Good news for you.. these numbnuts decided to put my file in registry after remeds were updated in the system.
