Validity of PCC is one year only
just take a PCC for current country of residence that would be Afghanistan is guess in your case

Regarding re medical no one can give you a fair answer cos some applicants did it before still ended up getting a re medical after interview

True. In our case , my husband did his pcc again in feb 2016 and we are planning to get remeds without request soon. I know it cud be that they will ask to get them done again after interview but there are also chances that they will accept the medical and we my get ppr more quickly.
Its a chance but we are taking it as its not that expensive so we will take that chance i guess.no harm. Just a personal choice though.

Medical: passed - ReMed Req = November 4th, 2015. Updated: November 24th, 2015.
Criminality: passed
Security: ..... (blank)
Eligibility: recommended passed (since July 29, 2015).

and GCSM notes ordered December 6th shows it is still : in progress.

It has been 7 and half months since eligibility was given recommended passed. Any one have any idea why and how long it should take? growing frustrated minute by minute.

seems like they are scheduling end of july and august applicants in April. i hope September applicants are in May then. ahhhh
as for the questions, there is a document full of interview questions. i'm sure some senior members may be able to guide you to that.

We had interview yesterday.
It is depending on what is the reason of your interview.
However, collect every proof such as, chat history, phone bills, letters, gifts bills or pics, know each other very well. See some videos on youtube you will get some idea.
they start asking easy questions and if you lie or something goes wrong then only they ask difficult questions otherwise nothing to worry. Just know about each others small small details and routines. follow the link in the spreadsheet. it is very helpful.

I watched this and got the idea that how strong my relationship is and what should we know about each other.
Videos for USA i guess but the questions they are is quite similar to what I was saying about small details. Both as you may know that if you are not with your spouse in interview they can call you and ask the questions. I hope that helps you.

I spoke to my local MP office about 2014 applicant file being forgotten and they are now processing 2015 applicants, he asked me to give me case number of 2015 applicants so that he can fasten up the process for 2014 applicants.
If you know any 2015 applicants whose decision made and who is ready to share their file into with MP Office please let me know. They dont have to share any information with me. Just directly with MP office. I can give you MP office details to you.

Hey spiker, i definitely believe they are fooling the public by working on 1st half of the applications (up till june/july) and leaving the later ones till the very deadline end. Just so they can say they are processing it faster. My wife's two friends from March and April 2015 received their visas in 7-8months. Same process as us, no change. They are already in Canada.

True! I have seen many on this fourm.
Liberal got in 25,000 refugee in 2.5 months. My MP's assistant who was a newbie to office literally told me that they cant do anything as I applied during conservative govt.
Please ask your wife's friend if they can provide their details to MP office. Since their processing has finished they wont be impacted in any way.
If they agree I can send more details of my MP office.

Interview was on Feb 10 and medicals were completed on Feb 15.
