My wife is 4th Mach 2015 applicant. Her e-cas changed from In Process to Decision Made today.

1 - When can she expect to get PPR?
2 - How many days they give you in PPR to submit passport?
3 - Can the passport be submitted directly to NDVO? or VFS?

is your re medical done?

i sent them complete medical in mid Aug 2015 and then they updated medical received. i initially used the same medical to apply for TRV, got rejected.

passport needs to be submitted in VFS in India.

Guys it has been now 16 months for October 2014 applicants still waiting..we have broken the record of the longest waiting period after remed still no news for us ..Notes has no update, have done MP inquiries..still nothing..please help us and suggest what else we can do!!

I am in same position as you. Just got new set of notes today and nothing has changed except they received the remedical results and it's passed.

Even same thing here. Got fresh notes today.
Recommended Interview waver even though mine is second marriage as I dint sponsor first wife to Canada.
According to MP's office our application is in queue for Security Check. The security check is confidential and will never be reveled to anyone.
If you ATIP email response says some thing like

"The processing of your request is now complete and I am pleased to enclose the documents requested. Certain information qualifies for exemption pursuant to section(s) 15(1) International affairs and defence of the Access to Information Act."

that means security information is withheld from you. In you notes you will see that Security details is hidden(white spaces). Even though GCMS notes are generated within a week of submitting request, it has to be reviewed by higher level officer who makes decision what information to withhold which makes it 30 days to process.

My wife never been outside India and doesnt have any kind of record. Not sure why its taking so long.

I think now they have stopped processing the backlog applications and processing March 2015 applications whose medicals are expiring.

I hate CIC policy of making backlog application wait without any kind of suspicion and jumping to new applicant. if they have been recommended for interview I can understand. If its not recommended for interview I dont see any reason.

I know right. I m hoping they do something fr us this week. Doesnt mattr even if we have interview recomended. We still should gett the processing done in the timeline provided.not our fault if they wanna pik some issues with our applications.

hey have you done case specific inquiry? does that even help?
