Hi guys

Looking for some help:

in my GCMS Notes, for the Item PCC it says in comments that "original pcc recd - scanned and trashed" and status said "received".
does anyone know what that means? please help

Its the same for me too. It says scanned and trashed and status is received. I dont know how to interpret it.

Hi Vikas88

We never received reassessment - we got full medical request and at the bottom of the email it doesn't say what you copied and pasted.

I seen a few people here upload there medical stuff on case specific enquiry online to NDVO - I was wondering if I should or can do the same and if it is okay to do this.

ahh it's so frustrating :(

Does yours also say "proof of marriage not provided". it's after the brief summary, under Notes: 2. it talks about how they got the fees and then it says that. even though we provided lots of pictures and ofcourse the marriage certificate. don't know what this means either.

Hello RV25

I believe, it won't make any difference to them either u send it or u don't. Coz physician always update it to CIC within 2 days. But at the same time their shouldn't b any harm in updating them with ur receipt for ur own satisfaction.
It's totally ur own will.

Hi to all,
Please seniors help me … :-
I am a Canadian PR and living in Canada. I am getting married in March this year and girl is on a student visa in USA (She is Indian Citizen).
Can you tell me how to go about in filing her application, as she will be in usa for next 1 year and we will be getting married in USA only in March 2016 this year.
Questions:-

1) Which Visa office should I select??
2) What is the normal waiting time for spouse now a days for getting a PR??
3) My Marriage will be registered in States, does it affect the application??

Just an updated.

We are still waiting after re-meds which was done on the 23rd of Sept and everything was approved on Oct 10th as per the notes.
MP did an inquiry and we haven't hear back.

All visa office is selected by the applicant's citizenship and not by the country they are in. Since she is an Indian citizen all applications are processed through New Delhi
Fully application time is 17 months and this includes the time it take to approve the sponsor (you) 63 days but keep in mind thats the full processing time and most application for NDVO is taking an average 10-12 months from the time they reach (after sponsor approval)

Everyone with experience and knowledge can you please help

I have a question about additional proofs. I have visited hubby in India twice in 2015 so i've some additional proofs from the time i've submitted my application obviously. Do you guys know anyone who has sent additional proofs like this and if it has done anything to their application or not?

any help would be good. thank you guys

Thanks a lot.

1) Irrespective of marriage in USA and she studying in USA, the case will be processed in NDVO??

2) At the time of stamping the passport will be submitted in Visa office in USA as she will be in usa till that time??

Yes it will be sent to process in NDVO since her citizenship is Indian

I am not sure in the US but if the applicant is in Canada while passport request they have the option of submitting in Canada and I presume that should be the case - but confirm. If she is only there for a year I highly doubt it will be processed by then - I take it you plan to apply on April, the file will be in Delhi on June and you take 12 months from that's June 2017.
