What??? they can't refuse it .. surely your MP is from frustrated Conservative. Check with another nearby MP, just you have to give his constituency address, find some friend/ relative on that address.

Yes, I agree with pgu. Your member of parliament has no right to refuse your inquiry into your case. Try another member of parliament that's close to your city, if they can help you.

i am a Oct 2014 applicant. I got my application status changed to in process in the first week of September 2014 and my medicals got expired on Aug 2015.NO re-medicals request yet. Any Oct 14, 2014 applicants in a similar situation as me.

Have you ordered your notes? If not, please do it as soon as possible, so you can have a better idea with what's happening with your file. Once you do, let us know what's written. The forum community would be happy to assist you in your situation.

Is there any restriction on how many times I can reply for GCMS notes? Can I do it every few weeks or every time NDVO asks me something?

There's no restriction to order notes. you can order as many as times as you want. but if you order within a short span you might not get much updates. there should be due dates in your notes for each category. try to apply after that date so they can update your file for your next set of notes. otherwise no restrictions. hope that helps. goodluck!

October applicants DM/PPR are coming slow this month :\

Man it's been like 40 days since re-medical request waiting for DM or PPR ....damn something to happen if you feel the flow.

I amma wait one more week and apply for both notes and MP freaking inquiry.

F..this bastard.

People can we expect that by March 2016 NDVO will be done with 2014 applicants? Really wtf 2015 applicant getting PPR and we are waiting ages for the interview letters.

Thanks. Based on my last notes, the due dates for Criminality/Security checks were in the past though the status for them is "Not started"!

I did remedical on Sep 25th and got DM on Oct 30, but i still have not received any PPR.

Hi all, we got the passport request on 4th Nov. Can a senior member please update the spreadsheet for us.
My wife is here in canada with me and so we sent the passport to Ottawa. It was delivered on 9th Nov but the return envelope has not yet been activated.
Based on the spreadsheet it seems other members are in the same boat? Or have they not got a chance to update yet? It seems standard timeline is one week for return of passport with Visa. Does anyone have insight into this delay? Would appreciate any advise from senior members. Thanks!

September file...STILL waiting for the remedical request. No news, no contact.

Notes says Eligibility passed, Criminality in progress (RCMP check came back all clear), security not started. They sent remedical request in September, but we didn't get it.

MP is waiting for a response from CIC. We sent an email to NDVO almost a month ago... No response.
