See fiza case , she did upfront n thy didn't accept it. She had to 3 times medicals . vo always has rights to extend meds till 3 mths if all checks are almost done .

If in case chks are not started or in initial stages , yes u get remed req after expiry . if a person doesn't get remed req n gets call from vo like wt mjj had it last week ,thy r likely to give him ppr irrespective of med expiry as thy might hv extended . so don't go haste n do by urself . tht creates problems .

New govt is here n thy ll do something to clear backlogs don't worry

does the spouse get remed request by email or mail? Any chance sponsor get any notification?

Only the applicant will be contacted unless you have a lawyer. Re Med request will be sent to Applicant.
Sponsor normally doesn't get notifications.

I too have the same question besides CIC do they take so much time post submission of wedding photos ? As wedding photos indicate genuinity of marriage.

Upfront meds: Sep 28, 2014
AOR1: Jan20, 2015
AOR2: March2, 2015
IP since: Oct9, 2015 but it says it is under process since Mar2 (AOR2 date)
Upfront remeds done: Sep 18, 2015. We mailed it to them and sent case specific enquiry. Got an email on Nov5 that they have updated the medicals.
DM: Nov 12, 2015

I have missed my submission date of medicals which was 15th of October as all emails went in junk!
As per the email I had received it stated if documents are not submitted before given date then my file will be closed!

I had email Delhi High Commission about my problem adding URGENT in heading on 11th of October but still I haven received any reply though it stated that I will receive reply within a month!

Can I st send my medicals and pay fees? Has my file really closed!!! I am worried! Please help me out. Please

Instead of waiting for their reply. You should have booked ur appointment right away and given ur Re-medical! Please do that ASAP.

My wife is the applicant. She does have a travel history which was from the studies she did in India. Her studies took about 3 years. What about yourself?

My wife (the applicant) traveled to about 3 countries on holiday but only for 15 days, we are about 50 days since re-meds and haven't hear back on any thing.

We have sent a case specific inquiry which I don't think they will reply and the MP inquiry didn't reveal anything fruitful.

We got an email from NVDO asking for the following additional documents:
- FBI Clearance
- Travel History Info Form

The problem is we already provided them the original FBI clearance letter to NVDO (during Jan 2015) and we also got confirmation email from them (during Mar 2015).

And in the "Travel History Info Form" they are asking for the details of foreign travel of the principal applicant and spouse. Do we need to really fill the travel details of the spouse of the principal applicant i.e. the sponsor's travel history? Can I email them the travel history or should it be sent by postal mail?

We asked for notes about 4 weeks ago and haven't received them yet. Based on this additional docs request I am not sure which exact stage our file is in.

(Note: File went into in-process state on Aug-17 and this is the first communication after that i.e. 3 months after going to in-process).

I won't be carrying my whole jewelry but in the coming trips back to India I will be taking in every trip , can we do that or during my first trip I can take whatever I want to.
