Aww you are so hurt baby, fu, and I never threat anybody or bully anyone. If you guys are so hurt then start using proper english because the last two sentences she wrote was totally full of improper use of english. And who the hell are you to tell me what to do and what not to do. Even I am out of this stupid forum as my wife got DM today so have fun with your waiting
So this forum is now "stupid" because your wife got DM. Speaks volumes of your selfishness. So glad that other members of this forum are rid of you now. By the way "totally full of" isn't correct framing in English either.
Good luck for your future. Hope to never hear from you again!

Hi,

If everything is ok then for visitor visa processing time is 9 days for New delhi. I am also applying online visitor visa for my wife.

I created account for her on CIC for visitor visa over there i have to upload all scan documents which are mention on that application.

Go for it. At least we have to try.

thank you so much VishalPriya.

Do you know if i have to gather anything that will show he's coming back to india? we already have spousal sponsorship in process, so if he plans to stay full 6 months with visitors visa it's okay right? we can utilize the full time for visitors visa right?

Does anyone know if re-medical request is a must or not?Can they skip it and go to IP directly?

If the validity of your Medical has expired, they ask for re-medicals depending on whether there is an interview or not. It could be before or after IP. :)

"and I never threat anybody"... not proper english buddy its threaten but thats not the point who cares if you don't know proper english, speaking better english does not make anyone a better person. That type of thinking is very immature... its whats inside that determines the type of person you are it has nothing to do with how many languages you speak. You should not put people down.

Wow!!! Congratulations, Swati!! M very happy for you and your better half. I think you are the luckiest of us all. One to get DM the fastest after remedicals and now PPR! It's too good to be true! Please pass us some luck too. Here I am, anxiously waiting for DM/PPR after remedicals.

Wishing you a very happy married life and a wonderful journey ahead. Cheers!
At least you got something from them. We've been in process for 7 weeks now, with little to no movement at all.

August 12th, we got In Process status. September 15th, we got a call from NDVO. They wanted to confirm that my wife is in Canada, and she said you might get an email asking for your medical exam again. She made it sound like our file was almost complete.

Since then, no e-mails, no phone calls, or anything. We're both checking our emails (including the spam folder) every single day. I go as far as to log in to my wife's email myself, just to make sure she didn't miss anything.

Is it ("In Process") really supposed to take this long? I'm seeing people on the spreadsheet get DM and PPR in less than 30 days, sometimes as little as two weeks!!

I'm seriously getting fed up. >:(

Hi,

You have to show his ties with india otherwise rejection chances are more. Right now, apply only for one month and dnt show he will stay 6 mnths.. once he will get visa you can extend your ticket.. later on and stay up to 6 mnths..

Once you get visa you can stay up to 6 mnths.. just for them show that you book the ticket only for 1 mnth. I am applying for multiple visitor visa. If you get approved you can get atleast 1 year or 10 years visitor visa. and after 6 mtnhs if you want to extend your stay then you have to apply online and you can show your purpose for extending your visitor visa.

Hey,

Congrats once again. A quick question, was your ECAS updated with your re-medicals?

It's amazing to see people fighting over and showing immature behavior .

We have numerous case pending since March 14 and I am May applicant where I have no news on my status except that visa officer may look.

We all are at mercy of NDVO agreed...anyone getting IP , DM, PPR , who have applied later than me also causes me personal anguish and frustration as when i see other getting these requests I see myself in more misery. But I cant lash out at anyone , i rather keep away from the forum so that i do not get more anxious and depressed.

At the same time this forum has seen very nice people as well. who are in canada already and we all connect at some time to speak regarding the issues we are facing.

Its tough so once you get your PPR people be thankful to all the people who assisted you in your query when no one was there to guide you. Instead of gloating i got my ppr so who cares about others.

This is my 2 cents. and its free world and democracy go ahead anyone who wants to lash out but lets be civil to each other , we are not from medieval ages . We are literate and English is not my mother tongue ;) .

lets help each other thru difficult times.

Hello everyone...after a long wait of 13 months got my DM and PPR today..
Quite a shock to see PPR the same day though..
Wishing every1 a speedy process
