According to 2014 spreadsheet Rads86, AOR1 date is 13 April, 2015.

That would be AOR2. I wanted to confirm if he or she should be on the 2014 spreadsheet or 2015 spreadsheet.

Recently they have changed the definition of INprocess.
Now even if lower level staff touches your file it goes to InProcess vs previous rule of visa officer looking at all docs and writes notes to go to Inprocess.
You see a lot of people going of INprocess, but DM & PPR & Visa is still very less.

They just gave 3 people in-process today. They are not sleeping. Hoping for some more people to go in-process tomorrow especially for Nov. applicants.

Yes my wife received remedical request on 13th July 2015 and the remedical was done on 14th July 2015.

I am from India and my would be is from Canada (Citizen).

We met on face book and been in a 5 years of continue communication/relationship. Our families know each other and we are planning to get married and right after that, we need to file spousal sponsorship.

Can somebody please help me by letting me know the best and fast way to get spousal visa considering that we both are living apart right now in different countries?

I heard about some inland/outland process. Really don't know what is that. Please help.

Please try provide the info in detail as I am totally new to this.

U can apply INLAND only if u have some present visa status in Canada ie a work permit or a student permit....

If u have none, u have to apply Outland, wherein u complete the file and send the same to Mississuaga.

Rest, give all proofs of relationship, make a complete and practical story of how the relationship started.....

Give gud number of photographs of each dating/occassion/wedding/honeymoon event

Write behind each pic and describe who all is present in the pics.

Ensure all your docs are notarized....

Incase any of u hs a second marriage, ensure u give the divorce petition, divorce certificate & judgement for the concerned spouse

Rest, u have to read the online instructions and do as they say...

One suggestion, these days it takes from 12 - 14 months to get the visa if its a straightforward case, so u apply for ur Visitor Visa get the same, and then apply for ur Spouse PR

I really hope they start issuing visas from next week..!! I think updates in status means so much to us. Ask me i didnt have any update in my status at all..!! Nd so many oct applicantx who got in process last month are not online here. I hope they will let us know if there is any update. Nd In process is better than no update at all..!! I hope i will get update till next week.

I totally agree with you... According to spreadsheet most of the october applicants medical were on verge of expiration or expired ( older dn 12 months). so , I assume they might be busy in remedicals and as soon there medicals get updated NDVO will start issuieng them visa.
This is fairly my assumption.
In process date is same or close to AOR2 date , so PPR seems real joyous Momment.
