1) so it doesn`t matter who is applying for notes ( Either principal applicant or sponsor person ) both have to pay $5 fees.
2) based on your instruction Consent forum is must.

Thanks for detail steps i guess i missed both of these steps in my first request for notes. so i have to re do it

Thanks again.

The notes needs to be ordered by the spouse who is a resident of Canada and Sponsoring. The principal applicant would be the person who is in india or getting sponsored. I am assuming you mean to say that you are in Canada on trv and technically shouldn't need to apply through anyone else but i don't think it works that way.

The sponsor will apply for notes on behalf of the applicant (sponsored person). The sponsor isnt asking for details on his/her own application but rather that of a spouse(different person). Thus, the necessity for the $5 fee as well as the consent form.

Hope that clears up the confusion.

it says DM on ours as well but there is no line added about decision made at all after clicking the link. the last line is about receiving the remedical. that;s it. just keep an eye out for the PPR letter that will come in the email.

Thank you everyone. Its total now took 19 months from application filed to received shiny visa. My husband went to submit his passport at jalandar on 14 sep and today 16 sep he picked up from phagwara. It only took 3 days. I wish you all don't have to wait long like we did. Towards couple months to the end i was loosing patience but god has been great. Have faith in god.
