My wife received a remedical request:
This is in reference to your visa application for Canada.

The results of initial medical examinations for yourself has expired. In order to provide your application with an updated validity we require following additional medical examination(s) for yourself:
Chest Xray (in DICOM / JPEG format) with report (in PDF)
Completed MEDICAL REPORT CHEST X-RAY REQUISITION AND REPORT form (Page 5 and 6 of IMM5419) (in PDF)
Duly completed Re-assessment Form (in PDF/word)




NOW MY QUESTION IS WHERE DO I FIND THIS RE-ASSESSMENT FORM??

The email must have an attachment that has the reassessment form in it. please check your mail again and find the form attached with it.

We got a call from NDVO for medical and within 5 min of call got email for doing medical that was on 27th August 2015. Please update on spreadsheet

AOR 1 !st november 2014
AOR 2 @ 5th november 2014

medicals done 28th august 2015
in process 28th august 2015

The email must have an attachment that has the reassessment form in it. please check your mail again and find the form attached with it.

Sometimes reassessment forms are available with clinic you can check with them.

my suggestion is to just take the printout of mail to the clinic ..thy ll do the needful.

by the way post ur timeline so that it can be added to the spreadsheet

"We sent you medical instructions on March 12, 2015. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us."

We send my medical by email at delhiimmigration@international.gc.ca.

Please me suggestion what should I do next?

I read your previous posts and came to know that from gcms notes your re-medicals are also passed.. so please don't worry... I think they are just updating their work on your e-cas status...senior members correct me if i am wrong....

No updates.....two months are about to get over by 6 Jul for remedicals..... Waiting for ppr

I get overexcited after seeing some new line added in my status . My medical is updated in notes and passed on 23-4-2015. I think they just touch my file & update some lines related to medical and interview email.
