also my husband who is withme from 4 months due to pregnancy
and he is PR and my sponsor. so whether they can now
ask why your husband is from 4 months and create problem
if i say i m pregnent of three month
bhuvan

There is any official rule but a PR cannot stay outside of Canada while a sponsorship application is in progress. We have seen cases where a PR was out for 5 months and there wasn't issue. For the pregnancy I would presume you will have to add tell them may be others can chime in

Any update for Nov applicants

Since they have requested that you declare your pregnancy, I would recommend that you oblige to their request. It is possible that they might discover about your pregnancy during landing at Canada and find out you didn't declare. In this case you'll be found guilty of mis-representation.

Just submit your passport along with the declaration of your pregnancy and due date. Since you already got PPR request and are only 3 months into pregnancy, your have a good chance of giving birth in Canada. Best of Luck!
