Guys I am a June 2014 application. My application is in process since January so over 8 months. Still no decision made no passport request. Is there any number that I can call or anyone I can speak with? I am tried of emailing them with no replies. I got my notes last month and everything was passed so I dont know what were waiting for. My medicial will expire this January.

Hello everyone,
Can anyone please make an educated guess when can i expect to go in process? My application was received on March 12th, 2015.
Thanks guys!

the long suffering...the longest wait of my life, has finally ended today.

I have got my passport back from vfs, with the IM1 immigrant visa sticker, the validity is till May 2016 coz my remedical was done in May 2015

I thank everyone in this forum for their valuable time in replying queries and sharing timelines...hopefully the speed NDVO has picked up since this month start, they keep going faster n help all spouses to reunite asap...
Good Luck and keep in touch, hope to meet u in Canada!

Congratulations and have a happy married life.

Hi Sunny, thanks for the information, as per you said our ECIAS status shows DM since Augest 5th which means Our file went through eligibility , criminility, security and so on, but no notification after that (PPR or any other ). At this point what should we expect. I did request for an MP enquiry, sent a Case specific Enquiry, sent an e-mail to NDVO....... Nothing worked. Here people says it wont take that long to get PPR after DM

To be honest, i am not sure what they r taking so long to process your file. You are already on DM. Did you check spam/junk email on both your and spouse account ?? Make sure u did not miss any correspondence from NDVO.

it been over 20 days. They should atleast inform you about complications if any. Anyways, only thing i can say is just hang tight. You can request GCMS notes. it will take 30 days and i am sure you will have shining visa in your hands by then.

On average it is taking around 9 months to go "In Process". Your have long way to go. We still have almost half of 2014 applicants waiting for updates.

Thanks for reply Sunny. Hopefully I see some change in 9 months or so. This waiting is so annoying.

Congratulations to all with PPR's! It's always so good to read such wonderful updates.

Well, guys with "In process" and waiting for re-med request, have you received any mails, yet?
I wonder how long does NDVO take to send re-med requests after In process.

Received Passport back with Visa Stamp

I hope you hear something good from NDVO very soon. I feel you, the wait is crazy, but I always look at the brighter side just to make this wait tolerable.

I did ordered notes, asked for MP enquiry which is the maximum that we could do for an enquiry. Moreover we are checking spam, important, draft, all sought of link and boxes in our e- mail, mail box, asked postman back in home. Keeping really vigilant about when or where it is......... The so Called "f@&$& Decision" really tired with this good for nothing CIC and its process.............
