I explain abt my relation. Actully we hv dn btech together in 2004-2008 and in story we explained combinational mrg bcoz our fathers were studied together and he meet after 30 yrs on our btech counslling and we hv not much proof of dat tym coz we hv not camera phns dat tym. After dat we engaged in jan 2010and only our family members were at engagement at home and after few days my hubby went to canada for further studies and he comes wid PR after 4 years in nov 2013 nd we get mrd in november 2013 . May b my case is sm as ur frnd case

It has been while I didn't come online. I have spoken with my friend who had interview, following are some questions have been asked:
1. Why did you wait so long for wedding when you have been in relationship more than 7 years?
2. isn't you were only waiting her to get Canadian PR, so you can go to Canada through her?
3. Where does she work?
4. what is her salary?
5. In which bank she has account?
6. What is her boss name?
7 What is her address?
8. Where were your very first visiting after wedding? (make sure very first!!!! not honeymoon)?
9. how many people were at home next day of your wedding?
10. How often you communicate?
11. what source do you use to communicate?
12. some questions were about the person who arrange this marriage?

I have a question, I read that NDVO picks up applications on first cum first serve basis. Does this first cum first serve depend on when the application was filed in Canada? or when the application reaches NDVO after the SA approval? Can any of the seniors provide any information on this?

The first application which was approved in Canada will be transferred to NDVO .. it's like FIFO.

I have a question, I read that NDVO picks up applications on first cum first serve basis. Does this first cum first serve depend on when the application was filed in Canada? or when the application reaches NDVO after the SA approval? Can any of the seniors provide any information on this?

As CVIF123 mentioned the files are worked on the FIFO basis but as you can see NDVO is working on file from Sept/Oct 2014 that means they were received by Mississauga in Sept/Oct 2014 but the file are in queue to be processed after SA and AOR2

Aor2 is acknowledgment of receipt from delhi

SA - sponsorship approval, u being the sponsor has been approved to sponsor ur principal applicant.
AOR2 - the acknowledgement that u get from NDVO once the file reaches New delhi.

Hi frnds...is der any1 who knows how cic luks into cases related to second marriage n how much tym dey take to make the decision on such cases...i m april 2015 applicant..received AOR2 on 13th july....waiting for reply.
