Anyone from october 2014 got remedical request?

Hi everyone,

I got my AOR2 in Delhi in July 2015, I'm looking at the spreadsheet to see what the times were. I know they are working on October applicants now, does this mean they are working on people who got AOR2 in October of last year? Looking at the 2014 spreadsheet it looks like some people who got their SA in July got PPR and Visa by November, is this a normal timeline or has it become significantly back logged since then? I'm trying to get a good estimate of when I would expect my wife to get her PPR and Visa so I can go visit her around that time and come back with her (as she has never flown before she is afraid of coming alone).

Thanks!

Divyap,

Congratulations!!!

Missing characters in visa may or may not create problem in immigration and while boarding when you leave India. It depends on immigration officer/airline staff as the name on passport and visa must match to declare that you have a valid visa to leave the country.

It may not create problem in Canada immigration as you have a COPR with the correct name.

Contact NDVO via case-specific enquiry by uploading pages of passport, visa and COPR.

You submitted only 3 photos?
This is definitely suspicious to NDVO. What stopped you to submit more photos?
You need to submit as much material infomation which is in checklist while submitting application.
Other wise it will look fishy and bound to delay.

Dear Applicant:

This is with reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada sponsored by your spouse. In order to continue the processing of your application, please submit the following documents to our office:

- photos of your wedding reception held in November 2014. You sent three photos recently. Please send more.
- photos of you and your sponsor on your post marriage outings.
- dates of cohabitation (when you and your sponsor lived together) from November 2014 onwards.
- documentary evidence of post marriage communication between you and your sponsor (emails, letters, greeting cards, phone records, chat printouts).

The above documents must be received in this office within 45 days of the date of this e-mail. Failure to submit them within that time period could result in the refusal of your application.

They are not working on people who have for AOR2 in Oct they are working on applicants who submitted the file to Mississauga in Oct 2014.
The average processing time is 8-9 months from AOR2 so for you from July 2015 till be April 2016 given the current trend

spreadsheet admin pls update so tht the trend can be analyzed...
