Hi Everyone,

I have one question.

Now i am living with my family in Kabul and my husband lives in Canada so my family want to move from Kabul to India so does it effect bad to my cases?

And if i change my address in the site and move to India so it will take more time as NDVO received my file on 5th Dec 2014 and till now if we count i passed 8 months and according to CIC i have to wait for more 7 months coz the duration of our cases was 15 months ?

Please give me information i have to move to india or not if i do so does it effect bad to my cases?

Thank you,
Rozi

How many months your going to stay in INDIA ?? are you citizen of india ?? you have resident permit in kabul or citizen of kabul??
what is the present status of your application ?? did NDVO contacted you at least once regarding anything ??

You can update your address to NDVO,
your process might not take long time if they didnt start working on yet, if they already started working on your application then it may take some more time because NDVO will do background check in india if you stay more than 6 months and you might need to provide PCC from India, better call NDVO call center and explain your situation and get feed back from them,
Good Luck !!

rupjatpura1,

I think, you might have clicked wrong button, oky leave all, now do as i said below,

did you see top right side of the page --Home, Assessment, help, search, profile, Inbox... etc...

If you didn't see, then it's more difficult to help you

If you see then do below steps

1. click on Profile then your able to see Prfile info(summary, show stats..) , Modify profile (Account related settings,Forum profile informatoin,.....) Actions (Delete this account) ( Highlighted in light blue color)
2. Under Modify Profile click Forum Profile Information)---then your able to see Birthdate, Location, Gender.......category, Visa office,..... etc (To see all you need go down)

Let's hope, yes, We could here some good news in next 3-4 months" it means you may get any update on your file like interview/ip/ppr or any additional doc request or they may request your passport etc.

It has been more than a year since you sent your re-medical and PCC. Something is wrong.
You should immediately do a case specific inquiry: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/case-cas-eng.aspx?mission=new delhi

Alternatively you can order your notes (see my signature below for procedure) to see if they have actually received your Re-medical and PCC or not. May be they never received it?

3rd option: Ask your local MP to do an inquiry on behalf of you.

Sorrryyyyyyy
I mean interview was done on 20 may 2015
In process on 20 may 2015
Re-med & pcc sent on 08 jun 2015

Thank you so much for the reply

I will stay in India till i get my visa.

Present status of my Application is AR/MR and i just received AOR2 from NDVO on Dec 2014 and that's it no updates in my cases and my medical got expired on June of this year but the actual problem is this that i am living with my parent and they want to move to India forever so I can't be here in Kabul alone so if i move with them.

Does it make problem to my cases?
