PLEASE NEED AN URGENT ADVICE.


First off all many congratulations to everyone who got I P, DM, Visa.

I am July applicant, today I got a email from NDVO asked for a divorce petition but I don't have because it's ex parte filed the petition.

How should I write to NDVO about this? Thank you

that is ok if other party filed petition , you can go to the court wherever divorce cases been filed (near by you or in your city) and ask them for your petition copy, they will give u (its free of charge) and u can send it to ndvo. you cannot write it down that u don't have petition copy, u have to give it to them.

Was your case filed in India or Canada? If in Canada, there is no divorce petition. All you can get is the Divorce court order from courthouse. To get the court order, go to your local court and give them the registry number provided on the divorce certificate.
The court order shows on what basis divorce was granted and confirms that there are no outstanding issues.

I have One Important Question.

I have read that when Passport comes with Visa, Visa has the expiry date of medical end date (when medical expires). So person has to fly and land in Canada before that. Is it true?
What if there was remedical done and medical is not going to be expired for another 6-8 months, does Visa still has expiry of medical expiry date or different?

People who have gotten Visa, please share your dates.

Hello shanidbest,

This is correct passport with visa is valid until medical expiry date. My husband recently got his passport back and since we did re-medicals his visa is valid up until Jan 29/16.
