I used the client ID that my wife received for her PR application. This should show them that there is another application in her name.

Anyone can please help me with my questions please ?

I have filed pr application for my husband. Here is the timelines :-

Category........: FAM
Visa Office......: NDVO
App. Filed.......: 3-Mar-2015
AOR Received.: AOR 1 - 15-April-2015 , SA- 07-May-2015
File Transfer...: AOR 2 - 15-May-2015

so I wanted to file Visitor Visa (TRV) for him now. Do I need to mention anywhere in TRV forms that his PR application is already filed ? Can we file two application ?

can anyone share the format for invitation letter please ?

Hi guys. My medical expired yesterday,i.e., 29th June, 2105. I haven't received a re-medical request, yet. I'm sort of clueless on whether I should get a re-medical done or should I wait for an email from the NDVO? Also, since this whole process is taking too long, my sponsor wants to apply for a TRV. Could anyone help with the format for the invitation letter, please? Thanks, in anticipation.

June 30th, end of second quarter.

I have a feeling that from 3rd quarter they will speed up.

May be they reached their quota till 2nd quarter that's why June is slow or none.

I strongly believe taht Canada Day will bring more light to us!!

yes teenarchie.. i recieved an email stating medical reassessment... and i have to revert back in 7 days..

When your medical got expired? and after how many days you received Re medical request?

Hey,

As you know a PR holder is required to be in the country while the application is in progress but its understood that we can take a short holiday for 2-3 weeks and anything over will only cause a trigger that the sponsor has abandoned and has moved outside the country thus making the application invalid.

I would say a month max and nothing more..

I have Came to India on may 2015 going back to Canada on July second week, Moreover I resigned my job because my employer was not ready to give me more than 2 weeks vacation and I had to come back to India to get married, also had some family issues to be solved. will this effect my application in anyways. If so what can I do to make this work ???

Hello folks i am wondering if we can contact delhi cic office to know the status of my application i am principal applicant....my spouse has done medical reassessment on 9th june but no update after that.........

i am also wondering how long does it take to get DM and PPR after medical reassessment....

at least wait 6-8 weeks for the letter. its better that way. you only have to do the xray i believe as compared to full medical if you were to do it without the letter.

hey fiza11, the 16 months processing time starts from the day file is transferred to NDVO, not from appl. filed
We all have been waiting too long, and most often when v r about to loose all hope...the only place v get some support or patience is our this forum...thanks all for sharing...

I gave my interview on 15 may and since then status changed to IP but no update since then its been 45 days...I dunno how long they take to do background checks esp. when only 1 country's Pcc is required which was submitted upfront...

anybody who gave interview n received passport request please share timelines....thanks

in ECAS i can check my application status with my CIC or file number which i got from delhi.. but when i tried with my husband PR card number it is not logging in... is tat fine...?
