Me too waiting for the interview letter. But I wouldn't hope until you guys hear something back. Also one funny thing was on my file I saw in notes that they mentioned that I was married on Dec 1st at Ludhiana Punjab, while in some lines ahead they said I met my wife on dec6th( and this is right) so I guess I was married 5 days ago before I met my wife for the first time in my life. But why do we need to go to all the way Punjab to get married? We both are in Gujarat.

If this is HOW (carelessly)visa officers process the applications then...
1) how could they detemin the authenticity of the marriage? When they don't even have this simple sense?
2) how can they assure Canadian government that are protecting their people's interest?
3) and they also want an interview..

I approached MP office to rectify the mistake and he sent the email and got reply in 3-4 days and NDVO said they have corrected the error.


But I am NOT worried about it. But guys, my wife( and me) we never ever received all the emails that NDVO claims they have sent to us in their notes. We only got a few( which means they have our right email Id on file) but NOT ALL. I am much scared what if I lose the interview invitation just like those lost ones? There is no way we can prove that we never get the email. ( we both are carefull enough to check spam and trace folder each and everytime we check email)

I also asked MP to request NDVO to send interview invitation to both me and my wife so she misses it like all those, I still get them. He said for security purposes NDVO will only send emails to the PA.

can someone suggest me any hint what to do now?

That's good job shining moon. I think raise the missing mails concern with MP again, if possible share te notes and ask MP office that NDVO sent other mails to wrong recipient?

3 to 5 months is my guess.

Iam Dec 2nd Applicant and i guess it takes more 3 to 4 months by seeing spreadsheet.
My pcc expires in Aug and medical in Nov.

I am dec 1st 2014 applicant and my file trasfered to NDVO on march 8th 2015 since then no reply

Actually I wanted to confirm and see if someone had the same issue. When I ordered the notes close to the end where it says recommended for interview, I think there were some hand written noted which where covered when the file was sent to me. I dont know is there any other way to order notes where you can request them to disclose all the information. I could see some text cut off on sides which looked like hand written notes.

For remed,do we need passport or can we do with the copy of passport

we got a letter for remed. had 30 days to complete it.
you will need the passport for the med centre to verify its you.

yes, we did the remedical on our own around april 15th and forwarded a copy of the new medical to NDVO. however, we went into IP on may 22nd 2015 and same day we got a request to do full medical and had 30 days to do so. I wrote back explaining we had already done medical and forwarded another scanned copy with the email. so, hoepfully that will work.

on my ecas, from the beginning we always only had AR and never saw MR. so, it is possible, they never entered our original medical which we sent with the application into the system. As for the any updates on the new remed we completed, NADA.

hi everyone please help me how to order notes.i m August 7applicant but heard nothing yet.as I had received acknowledgement from New Delhi on 2 December.so should I wait to order notes.or give me any idea when ndvo will open my file.i m confused.please help.as most of August applications are getting Atleast some information on their files but I m waiting and waiting.please help.thanks....
