Welcome! NDVO is processing September applications nowadays with a hefty bunch of Nepal and pending applications as well. You would receive some update in near future. Perhaps, in a couple of months, you might hear something from them. Good luck!

As your application received date is 2nd October you are an October applicant. All we know so far is that NDVO is working on September applicants. You should hear something in a month. There is no point applying for notes as your file might not have gone through initial review at NDVO and thus your notes would indicate nothing. So wait for a month or two and if you dont hear anything apply for notes.
For applying notes you can refer the spreadsheet and there are many videos on youtube. :)

How to apply GCMS / ATIP notes.

Only a person who is in Canada can request the notes.
If principal applicant is in Canada, he/she can request for himself and apply for free under Privacy Act.

If sponsor is requesting it on behalf of Principal applicant, you need consent form from PA and $5 fee. You can receive consent form from spouse thru email and upload it. Apply under Access to Information Act.

It takes about 30 days to receive by email. It is a ~30 pages document

Consent form link
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5744.asp

Section A - Principal Applicant details
Section B - Sponsor's details
Section C - Sponsor's details

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/requests-atip.asp

In above link, click Apply online, choose English , hit Next and accept the terms & conditions.

Hey Swati, above are the steps to order notes which was actually written by fellow member Bir. So whoever is Sponsor can order the notes. As well the principal applicant will need to sign the form mentioned so that their information regarding what checks have been completed can be released. While what sunnycool mentioned might be true that nothing may have been done on file it will let you know if interview is waived because most files are looked at within 6 months timeframe when they are transferred to Delhi which is eligibility.

Regards
Aman

Thank you amana13 for your guidance.MY file was transferred to Delhi on 20 November 2014 so 7 months passed. Last tym novo emailed me in dec that my file has to be initially reviewed. One more thing I want to ask you that they asked me for pcc in nov it was Vadim at that time now it's validity is over so I wondering if they again will request me for pcc

Hi Swati, for PCC hard to know how they work with expiry on this because I have seen where some members don't get requested to do it again after expired and others do. As well, you need to have your passport to complete pcc. So if it was sent to NDVO early in process then you will have to wait for their request if that is the case. Definitely, medicals have to be valid before the date you land in Canada so if 3 months passes since medicals expired I would recommend doing them on your own. I say give it another 3 months after expiry because VO can extend till that time if need be.

Did my medical in mid of April 2014 so I think it's still valid
