can you guys tell me how long does it generally take for passport request after the file goes under processing?

Let ur ECAS come to Decision Made status, then wait for a week, In case u dont receive a PPR, go for MP enquiry.

Because i am one of the October Applicants and it make me so excited if its 100% true ???

no they are working on august files right now

Hi Rozi,
I mean to say NDVO is processing files received by them in October. I am also Oct applicant, my application received by Mississauga case processing centre in October, after SA it was transfered to NDVO in December.

Why have NDVO skipped JUly applicants,seriously don't understand the way they work.

I think u should order notes or go for mp enquiry to know the status of ur file...

Hi guys,

I am a Sept. applicant and I ordered for notes which came in today. They have not touched my file- Eligibility, Criminality, Security, Medical- all NOT STATRED.

Here is my timeline:

Application Filed : September 2nd, 2014
Sponsorship Approval: October 14th, 2014
AOR 2 (File transfer to NDVO): October 29th, 2014
Medicals Done: October 2014

So tired of the wait, its been 9 months since I applied and the wait to continues.................

Wait until you get your visa in hand and only then book your tickets.

Hello hanna sorry yr we can'nt do anything without dis killing wait... Jst do MP inquiry .. Hope so we get smthing...Same here i hv also quite my job in march coz my husband was came to india for one month and we thought we will get visa till april may bt nthing happend and my hubyy went back to canada in may fst week
Now m also jobless .. Its very hard to live widout our partners

I was thinking of going in visit visa, but then now since almost 11 months r over, I dunno whether its a good idea to apply for visit visa.

Btw, the MP enquiry should be done by my hubby right?

I hv done MP enquiry by my lawyer in last week lets see wat will happen
I also thinking for tourist visa in july bt my hubby saying wait for visa coz its been 11 mnth nd may b u will get ur visa soon.. Bt nw i hv no hope frm any side my status is still AR nd medical expired

Hi All,

Should we give the reassessment form which we got along with re-medicals request to the Doctor?
Does the Doctor fill this form and send it to NDVO?
Could you please tell me as I did my re-medicals in Canada and the Doctor didn't take the reassessment form.
