Thanks again ! I had applied for notes on April 29th so tomorrow I will complete 30 days waiting for it. As per the website it says they will respond back within 30 days. Generally how many days it takes to get the notes?

exactly 30 days. the notes are pretty much generated the same day or the next business day when you apply but they hold it back from email it to you for 30 days.

Hi all...:)

You all are doing great job helping people out everyday. I am a consistent follower of this awesome forum. I have applied for my Spouse visa as well on Sep 8, 2014 from Canada. I received my AOR on October 23, 2014 and AOR2 on November 12, 2014. In the excel sheet for 2014 application, are the months to DM calculated after the AOR2 or AOR1 date? Does the application received date represents when the file was received in Mississauga office or NDVO office? You comments will be appreciated.

Thank you...:)

Application receive date is the date when you initially sent the file to Mississauga..and really there's no right answer to the days of DM.. after AOR2 the next step is either ADR/Medical/ Interview if not any and your good to go then In-process after that DM and lastly PPPR..
right now NDVO is working on August applicants yours will be soon..
I messaged you, please check ur inbox..

Hello all,

I applied for spouse visa through an immigration lawyer and he said that 16 months processing time starts when the file reaches New Delhi VO. And the estimated 8-10 months time frame applies after receiving AOR 2 from NDVO. Let me know if it is correct. Its already been 9 months since I applied to Missisauga, right now its is NDVO and the last update I can see in ECAS since 6 months is "Medicals has been received".

Thanks,,,,:)

Hey guys,

Just got our notes it says application status, eligibility, security, says :not started
but one thing I noted was under eligibility assessment due date is 2016/01/19
does anyone know what this means?

It's partially correct. 8-10 months start from the date of application received in Mississuaga. Besides, it will only happen if the applicant is extremely lucky with no hussles in his/her application.

If you calculate then you'll be completing your 16 months by that time

16 months from the time of Oct. Anyways, probably it means that by that time all your checks should be complete.
