I believe all of us need to do joint petition with Immigration Minster to audit why there is such lenghtly delay at NVDO. Some of most common complaints are ..
1. Lengthy delay without asking any document or inquiry
2. Even though immigration notes says " guinine relationship" no action taken
3. Immigration files are not processed in FIFO order

MP Office mentioned earlier that NDVO has been very slow these days. Mp office has been receiving lot of requests lately to get updates.

Hi,

Can anyone tell me turn around time for MP enquiry. I have still not received PPR, ECAS is Decision Made since 19th March 2015. I went to NDVO also today morning and checked if I can submit the passport directly to them, the response I got is that I need to wait for PPR. My lawyer has not received the email till now. Me and My lawyer both have sent the email to NDVO, but NDVO has not responded. As far as I remember My medical has also expired on 20th April 2015. I have not got any remedical request also. I dont understand what is happening with my case. Really fed up. Sad Sad

Any post 20 july 2014 applicant or August applicant from new delhi visa office got IP (In process).
2014 ndvo Spread sheet looks like same from last 1 month. very sad..

"Fat boy" when did your status change to "In Progress" ?? In excel sheet i see you got decision made on April 24.

Sunny did they request additional documents for you I notice you have a link at the bottom of your name to a different spreadsheet and it says your status is ADR
