Dear All,

Got my 3rd Line update on March 3rd, 2015 - (July 2014 Applicant - FSW)
Visa Office: NDVO
NOC: 0113

Still waiting for DM.

Any idea what is the average time gap between 3rd Line update and DM?

Have read on several forums it is 60 - 90 days average. But have seen MANY applicants receiving the same, after one month..
Confused and anxious!!

Rajeev, please post your question in FSW category. This is meant for family class applications and we may not be well versed with your situation and besides FSW systems operates in a different manner. Hope you understand.

Scan and send them. That should be fine. This is how my wife scanned and sent me the documents. We received our notes after a month.

At least we know they are going ahead with July applicants..NDVO is working month by month were only 6% of the total applicants out there..we have to wait and think positive they will come to our files as we got proof of AOR2 :)

Apply online with 5$ ,so no need to send anything, even the sponsor can apply.

Have you applied for GCMS case notes? and if so, where does it say there is no need for any document to be submitted. I would be interested in seeing this link. Let me know.

:-) same thoughts buggleboy !

Guys here we go again for the newbies. I guess if you have not heard anything in 8 months you can apply for notes to see if any comments are included.

How to apply GCMS / ATIP notes.

Only a person who is in Canada can request the notes.
If principal applicant is in Canada, he/she can request for himself and apply for free under Privacy Act.
If sponsor is requesting it on behalf of Principal applicant, you need consent form from PA and $5 fee. You can receive consent form from spouse thru email and upload it. Apply under Access to Information Act.

It takes about 30 days to receive by email. It is a ~30 pages document
