Please be sure the information you entered is correct and then try again.
This service is only available to clients with applications in process. We may have received your application but not begun processing it yet. The following link may help you determine if your application is being processed:
Application Processing Times
At this time, you may use this on-line service if you have:
sponsored a member of the family class;
applied for permanent residence from within or outside Canada;
applied for a permanent resident card (replacement or renewal);
applied for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship);
applied for Canadian citizenship for a person adopted by a Canadian citizen (on or after January 1, 1947);
applied for a citizenship certificate (proof of Canadian citizenship);
applied to renounce Canadian citizenship; or
applied to resume Canadian citizenship.

I tried this 4-6 times and see the same reply. My wife tried too and she too sees the same. Not sure why, but just yesterday I emailed CIC's webmaster/customer service survey email describing as to how poor their site is with no proper updates of my home address despite updating it on their site. In all hoping for a positive response from their side. Let's see.... has any one of you also faced the same situation in last couple of days or much earlier?

If we don't do the medical without request, how long do they take until they realize their medical has expired or is expiring...

Hi guys, I saw an update after 9 months today. My file went In Process since 27th March. The ecas online says now says that,"they started working on the application since 27th March & medical results have been received".
For me it's a huge relief & hope that they request for the passport soon. Please change my status to In Process on the spreadsheet.
