If you live in Delhi or nearby, take a screenshot of e-Cas, File number and your PP and go to Immigration gate at NDVO. Window is open until 11 AM, Monday to Thursday.

So they can stamp the passport, without any PPR or they not calling me there. I work in Gurgaon so going there is not a problem for me. Has anyone done this before??

You have to wait because you visa is in printing queue
when your visa is printed will receive automated ppr request

My file got transferred to Delhi on 23rd March 2015. How long shall I wait before receiving the second AOR from Delhi?

heyi anyone have any idea of getting remedicals after ppr .
i have sent my passport on 18th march as it was mentioned that my medical are going to expire on 9th of april so send as early as possible then i got remedicals on 28th march so i really don't understand whats going on there is it ok
when can i expect my passport back can any one tell me

Hi,

I have a few questions and I was hoping some of you maybe able to answer them for me. application submitted in May 2014, transferred to NDVO in july 2014.

1) in January, we received a letter asking for additional documents. I have already sent those out and it been quite some time now. I was wondering if the ECAS will be updated to acknowledge the receipt of these documents? So far, there is nothing related to that.

2) I have also applied for the notes on March 15 and reading on the forum, it seems like it take a full 30 days before receiving it. However, the notes that are received, does it contain all the details till the day it was emailed? or are they only contain details till the day you applied (in my case march 15th)?

3) could someone provide with the email address that the gcms note come from. I want to make sure i add it to my whitelist in order to avoid it going into the junk mail.

I want to share my experience with you regarding this DM thing. I am sponsor amd when husband's file was in Canada, one day I saw DM on ecas. I checked my mail but I had no email from CIC regarding sponsorship approval. I waited for a week and was checking all folders everyday but didn't receive any email. Then I got very worried and called there call center. Representative who answered my phone was very helpful. She checked their system, investigated a lot and told me that my file was still not processed. She told me that ecas is a computerized system. Officer might have done something on my file that day and by mistake, clicked on DM button. I received sponsorship approval three weeks after i saw DM.
So, dear dont get panicked. Everything will be alrite and you will get visa very soon. Good luck

Forum Members, Need your Help

I have got Decision Made on my application on 19th March 2015. I have not received PPR till now. I have a lawyer/ immigration consultant involved in my case. He is asking me to wait for 15 to 20 days at least before going for any inquiry.. Please suggest what should be done. I have seen most of the members here get PPR either before Decision Made or within a day or 2 of decision made. My medical is expiring on 20th April 2015. I am badly stuck. Please suggest what to do.

April 20th is the date when you got medical done. NDVO usually add 2 weeks to it ( the date when they update the medical on their system). So your medical is good till 1st week of May. I would suggest to wait for PPR as it will be send to your Lawyer.

Guys sort of a miracle happened today... 8) I received an email requesting my passport...


Actually, the email had come yesterday at 4pm. Earlier, I had been into lot of misery as I was badly waiting for it and was checking the ECAS and email all the time. Nothing I gained. Last weekend, I pledged not to check either...And there u go, unpredictable happened. Sometimes i feel we should ignore our routine, forget what we want also! thats wen u get blessed!

Happy for today...At last our distance is coming to an end!
