one inquiry ... kindly reply ... my India PCC will expire today 11 march 2015, I think India PCC is valid for 6 months only. Will CIC canada mississauga office ask me visa E-mail for new / fresh India PCC .....or I have to send to CIC Canada mississauga office (should I wait for their email or not).

As long as the PCC is received by CIC mississauga before it's expiry, it's fine.
I'm not sure about the validity of India PCC. I thought it's 3 months. But regardless, CIC has received it before the 3 months period. You're good.

hi guys, i ordered notes in jan and got them in feb now i haven't heard anything from CIC..how long do we have to wait to order notes again?

Quick question please:
I believe principle applicant also receive AOR after file transfered to Delhi, correct ?
And how long it takes for this second AOR? I don't see any column in spreadsheet for that!

The applicant in India will receive the AOR2 unless the sponsor has been authorized as a representative.
AOR2 time can vary, we got in 2 weeks and there were applicants who got it in a month.

It is not always that applicant receives the second AOR. Some applicants have never received the second AOR. Not receiving second AOR does not mean that file is not transfered to Delhi. File is considered to be transfered to Delhi as soon as you receive Sponsorship Approval. In reality, file is already at Delhi even from beginning. Sponsorship approval is way to tell Delhi office to proceed with second step.

So, long story short, some have received AOR2, some not. It doesn't mean a lot in overall progress.

I second ydj_dil as we specifically did not receive any AOR2. The AOR (from Mississauga) said that the file is now being transferred to Delhi and from NDVO my wife received a simple/HTML style email that the file has been received at their end. Nothing more and it really does not mean anything.

Just 3 days ago I received the ATIP notes and it's all positive; it further says file status "in progress". However the ecas site still says "application received" and nothing more.

On page 6 of the ATIP there is a section called Family class sponsorship eligiblity and that has a due date which says : 15th May 2015. Does this mean anything? I think Fiza or Ydj_dil can clarify this for me :) as they seem to have dealt with this.

Looks like no updates are coming.....feeling helpless :( :(

Holy sh*t...you were an April 8th, 2014 applicant and you are already in Canada. Nice! We applied on April 8th, 2014 as well and we are still stuck on Application Received.

I don't understand why you won't just call the CIC....buddy you are in Canada now...just call or email them and 5-10 minutes you will get all your answers. Most importantly answers you can rely on....dependable information. Not this guessing game. My 2 cents worth on this question is.....that the PR card is valid for 5 years. There must be an expiry date on the card (may be at the back). Again its better to verify with CIC.

Here is their toll free Call Centre telephone number: 1-888-242‑2100 (Mon-Fri: 8am-4pm local time). Ask them you want to know the expiry date of your PR card. They will direct you. All the best!
Thanks for that tip bro! I think that will be the best option.
Yeah I was kinda lucky with the immigration process. Got my visa in abt 7 months or so! Hope you/your spouse get the visa soon!
If I can be of any help, PM me. Thanks again! All the best!

You'll get an automated/generic email asking for PCC and medicals from NDVO in abt 2-4 weeks, that will be your AOR2.

Be cheerful and keep the faith Fiza. I know it's all easier said than done;but prayers and faith will see you towards the finish line. Hope it helps.

Guys can we all please sign these petitions. The inland petition got about 2475 signatures and CIC took notice.
In this Information Age, it should be easy to gather as many signatures pretty quickly. Doing this sitting in comfort of our homes or office should not be a difficult task. Some us have 2 or more email id's. Please sign with as many as possible. we can gather 4 signatures per household easily.

There is about 60 and 170 signs in these 2 petitions. Lets increase that number please
