Hello everyone....did any August 13 applicant second line status updated on 12th feb 2015 ...did anyone received MR request..please reply....thanks!

i am november applicant. after getting AOR letter. i got status of MR received. i dont know whats going on.

That means they have received your application where you have applied in missisauga . AOR2 will be received from the place where you have requested for processing of your application : if its India : then its new delhi visa office.

hence your status says AR / MR ----application received and medical received !

Hope it clarifies your doubt ! and relax now for next 8 months atleast !

we have applied for GCMS and ATIP as well..let's see when do we ever get reply !!

its such a sinking feeling to see AR/MR plus fighting with your better half who does not understand why its so frustrating ....while no answer from NDVO at all..future applicants getting status changed ...what is our fault ? please tell us .... why this disparity ? who will listen to us ???

but then they say waqt se pehle kismat se zyada kisi ko nahin milta !!!

I totally agree. I am in the same boat. Still ar/mr. Got notes look like they havent started processing it. But so frustrating that even after 7 and half months they havent started processing it..

I apply on 2may,,and they start processing on 3dec,,,,u got IP veri soon.

no dear i got my notes in mid feb they says eligibility- not started, Criminality not started, medical passed. Moslty when its ip eligibility is passed

I totally agree. Their processing system is so unfair, some are done in 6 months and some are waiting for more than a year. There should be a middle ground somewhere so that nobody should suffer for such long time.

Yes, the wait is on since 13months + now...its really frustrating now...n reading same AR/MR status since a yr is like questioning ourselves Do they really update ecas? they shud b lil bit more specific abt whats goin on thr

hi all,

i registered on forum today but was following it since almost a yr now...i m a jan 2014 applicant and still ar/mr
i did mp enquiry in nov 2014 and got reply that file recommended for interview
later in jan 2015 i did mp enquiry again and this time they said ur medicals expired in dec n u will soon get a mail for remedicals...
i dont know how ppl r getting email for remedicals 1-2 weeks before expiry of medicals- does that mean there eligibility is passed?

HELLO ALL,

we have applied in november. last week we got AOR letter. and than next day we got two status that is application received and medical results have been received. please let me know what does it mean ?

It means that your application has been received by the local visa office.
Next change will happen in your online profile, after approx 4 months, it will change to " IN PROCESS"
Then after approx one more week > it will be " DECISION MADE"
Thereby next day you will get a Passport request.
All the above activities are keeping in mind you submitted all the correct doxs..timelines are approx

2. Generally how much time should it take to change from Application received to In Process

I am also new here...can anyone please confirm that ecas is updated daily or weekly?

I read in forum that all check ecas daily... but cic website says they update it weekly only

has anyone seen changes in ecas in any other day than its weekly scheduled update day?

Can anyone please tell me:
