Hello , I had applied for my wife sposal visa.

This is my second marriage. While filing I missed divorce petition.

I got notice from New Delhi about sending divorce petition asap in December 2014.

But after that no activity.

Wondering anyone has any idea how long before it takes to start the process again ??

I am very worried and stressed ...

The only difference - I filed my application in April, they asked for husbands petition in September and after this, absolutely silence on my file. This wait is driving both of us crazy !!

AOR is acknowledgement of receipt .. this is first email that " sponsor " gets from Canadian offices after they receive your application. I m assuming Sept 10, 2014 is that date. Then second email usually " Applicant" gets from New Delhi office suggesting that files has been submitted to NDVO for further processing. Thats AOR2, which is Oct 29, 2014 in your case.

Now you just need to wait 3-4 months for next update. Thats based on average time i noticed here

and what about the sponsorhip approval? dont you think it comes after AOR?

[size=10pt]The only reason i could think why July is stuck is because of change in documents. On August 1, 2014, new application documents were issued by Canada. All applicants who applied after August 1, 2014 and some mid july applicants, were asked to resubmit the documents. That resulted in atleast 1 month delay in application process. Did any of July applicants here were asked to submit updated forms ???? J[/size]

No they never asked me to do so..

Hi Manjit...welcome...There is no as such number of posts u need to do for getting u in spreadsheet. someone who handles it will definitely add u in spreadsheet. I hope they might have already added.

and still waiting for PPR :'(

Yesterday, my medicals expired too, that's adding a little more tension !!
I dunno if I have to wait for a remedical letter from the immigration or go ahead and get one done ?
My status remain AR/MR for the last 10 months !!
