For me, after remedical, two days later they extended the validity of medical. Then 1.5 month later, they said RFV (ready for visa). After that its been 3 months. Still no PPR. So overall, waiting for for 4 months now. If you are lucky, then after 2 months you will get it.

This is my second marriage. While filing I missed divorce petition.

I got notice from New Delhi about sending divorce petition asap in December 2014.

But after that no activity.

Wondering anyone has any idea how long before it takes to start the process again ??

I am very worried and stressed ...
