Once you identify a panel physician in your area, book an appointment for your medical examination.
When you schedule your appointment, please ensure that arrangements are made for your chest x-ray
and laboratory tests as well. Once your medical has been completed the doctor will forward the medical
results to CIC.
Any costs related to the medical examination are your responsibility and are payable at the time of the
examination. Should your application be refused following the completion of your medical examination
these costs will not be refunded.

If in first remedical your husband done all the tests,, which they also mention in second email then apart from panel physician you also done ur work and send this remedical receipt and attached both emails with a cover letter in which ur husband fully mention dat u guys done ur remedical with proof of remedical receipt and also stating dat in few days u also received another email. ...
so in this case if they by mistake send this second email then they will know dat after received ur package dat u guys already done ur remedical. ...
so courier as fast as u can...

also take this second email to ur panel physician and clear ur all doubts but first send this courier. ..
gud luck
