Is it true that ndvo does not reject a case without interviewing?

no, it's not true. If they have any doubts they call for interview . but not reject visa directly.

Now a littlebit relaxed as I am on my vaccation at home...... Applied for ATIP notes ....... Hoping that they ill start our process by next month or so

hi i got my ppr on jan 20'2015 and we sent the passport on the same day and they recieved it on 24 jan'2015 since then there is no update on our application.
please can any1 tell me how much time ndvo is taking to send the passport back.i had sent through speedpost.

My wife file is in ndvo since august and its in ip sincr jan 24 2015..when can i get any good news from ndvo i am really frustrated as it was my anniversary and i am alone out here.

Is there anybody file in ndvo office since aug and got good news
